    Not Good For Family Stay

    Hotel is located near Bus Stand but the staff, restaurant, rooms environment is very bad. AC not working complaint submitted at reception too many times but they cant listen and after a littlebit complaint they send electrician, but after a hour inspection he also standup his hands, when we deducting charges for that service while checkout they try to be anger and pressurized for pay full payment. So we demand bill then they demand taxes extra on bill. Due to shortfall time in our next location we paid extra for bill. So i would like to Request u please avoid this hotel, u can get so many option there if u leave this hospitality.... More

    Dirty filthy toilet, bed bugs infested blankets, noises room & unhygienic kitchen

    Unfortunately, we reached Udaipur a day earlier that we had our hotel bookings. since it was a weekend we struggled to get any accommodation. After a 15 hour drive we were tired of searching and settled down for hotel Vrindavan. The toilet was stained and dirty, we asked for extra blanket and received some bundled piece of stuffed cloth, the pillow was just as hard as stone. Right through the night there were loud disturbing noises. They don't have a restaurant but obliged with room service. I happened to peek into the kitchen on my way out and noticed it was so unhygienic. Not worth staying here even if it is offered free of cost.... More

    We went for a day out with my partner and see the udaipur city. as the experience with the stay is ok and economical, not so sophisticated very simple and good place near to train station and coach terminal. I cant say it too good but its convenient those who want to just spend a night.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
