Just about okay

If you are looking for a budget hotel close to the new market area, you may choose this one. Rooms & complimentary breakfast is just okay, don't expect much. Room service is poor. Active & helpful front desk. Hot water & Wifi is good. There is a small bar at the hotel as well. Price is a bit high considering the conditions, you must check other available options. I would recommend for a one night stay or a maximum of two nights. Again reminding, please don't expect great service & amenities from this one.

This place is the king of fakes.this place does not have swimming not a kid friendly environment.the lobby smelled like beer and cigarette smoke.the hotel staff was mean , unfriendly and they were asking for tips while we were leaving.no free WiFi.so dirty rooms.they gave us dirty blankets and mattress and when we asked them to be changed they did not change it.the ac was the oldest of all the walls cracked.never live here friends the facilities mentioned are not available.this place doesn't deserve even one star.
The worst hotel you could hope for

This hotel in Kolkata was the worst hotel I had ever seen.the rooms sevice was bad,hotel staff not friendly,and the hotel rooms were very small and the breakfast was just the worst. This hotel does not even qualify for even a star. The sheets and blankets were so dirty and torn,the lobby smelled of beer.the ac was from an ancient time and never worked properly.the staff was always asking for tips.they even charged us for things we did not even take from room.this hotel does not even have a proper restaurant and the breakfast was just 2 or 3 items.the area smelled of alcohol strongly.this hotel is not preferred for any decent family.spend some more but stay in a good hotel not this.Needs improvement in rooms

We were in kolkata in Jan'17 , the rooms were not very spacious, the corridors don't give the view of a good hotel . The room for dining looks a bit dingy . Food was good ,so overall not a very good experience.If u are booking online app playing stay away from this hotel

I booked this hotel online and my booking was confirmed and got my reference no was travelling 8hr and reached hotel at 9.30pm and asked for my room they just denied by just telling that they are fully booked. And as I was sitting in reception and calling goibibo took me two hrs to get another properly. As I was sitting in their reception, they where selling they rooms to flying customer in higher rates so I asked the manager, he replied just telling me their online quota is full so no room for online customer. avoid this hotel if u are booking online, where these people think online customer can be thrown out anytime.
