    I really warn you against this hotel. I stayed here and foolishly left behind my tablet and a file containing my travel papers in a desk drawer. The later had my airline tickets and train tickets and doctors letters supporting my capacity to fly (I am a disabled traveller which the hotel was perfectly aware of). I e mailed the hotel to confirm I had left these things and got a reply simply saying "yes you did". I e mailed back asking if they could post them to a hotel in Kolkata where I would be at the end of November saying I would obviously pay postage and a suitable gratuity. I heard nothing and e mailed several times without getting any response at all , emphasising how important it was and the difficulties I would have in continuing my travels. I am afraid I believe the word for this is THEFT. Eventually, a friend of a friend who lives in Jaipur went round in December and collected my property.... More

    Beautiful Rooms & Centrally Located

    The Vimal Heritage has beautiful rooms and is centrally located. One can reach anywhere quickly. It is sparkingly clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is below average and could be better. Very few items served and also only one cup of tea is provided as a part of the breakfast. The staff could be friendlier, they do not smile except the lady on the reception and Mr. Om (one of the managers) are very friendly. One the points to be taken care of immediately by the hotel is the electric points in the room. They are loose and actually pass current. So I guess the earthing is missing. Also, the knob for the fan is away from the bed. There should be more plugpoints for irons. There should be some hooks provided to dry clothes in the room. Lastly body wash should also be provided. We would love to visit this place again.... More

    Nice as shown in the pictures. Clean, chaming, quiet... you wont vbe disappoited. Walking distance to train station and not far from old town. Look for Lucky tuktuk driver, most of the times waiting outside. A trustable friendly guy. Also hotel staff was helpful. I will repeat if i come back. Ah, the apgrade to the suite with balcony is recommended ;)... More

    Nice hotel but staff not to be trusted

    The hotel is very nice no complaints there, but one of the employees in the reception tried to con us for 4000 rupees. Me and my friend were moving on to Jodhpur and wanted to book a car. The guy in the reception said don't do this it's much cheaper to take the train. He would also fix us up with hotel in Jodhpur and said he didn't want any commission for this he was just being helpful. Arriving at the train station it turned out the train to Jodhpur was 9 hours! delayed. This was of course totally unacceptable so we went to the tourist information for help. They said we could get a refund if the train was more than 3 hours late. When we got the refund I discovered the staffer had overcharged us a big amount for the tickets. When we went back to the tourist information I explained this to them and a tourist police officer there immediately called the hotel and soon after the manager and the staffer arrived. Of course he had no reasonable explanation for this when questioned and I told him to his face exactly what I thought about him. I also told the manager he should fire this guy cos you can't have staffers trying to con customers for money it will be extremely bad for the hotels reputation. The staffer was warned by the officer for this and if I understood it correctly he will not be able to work with tourists again if he is ever caught for this one more time. After the manager and the staffer left the tourist information fixed us up with a car from the station to Jodhpur for a far lesser amount than the staffer at the hotel said car from Jaipur to Jodhpur would cost (surprise, surprise). I have no idea what the hotel has done with this guy after the incident, but if he is still working there and/or other staffers behave in the same way I can not recommend this hotel especially if you are planning to make travel arrangements to other cities after the stay. ...     A good villa for peaceful stay.

    Liked the interior, it is superb. The staffs are helpful and always shows positive attitude towards your queries. The thing I liked the most is the owner takes care of everything personally and listens to all your queries with a smile and make sure things get done immediately. Location is little bit away from the main market, so it would be problematic for communication, if you want to move away in odd hours. But Uber will solve the issues most of the time. I expected it to be a big property/hotel as seen from pictures like sitting areas, lawns or dining areas. But it is not that much big. So booking sites should provide convincing pictures or property description to make decision before booking. One more thing, smile is missing from the staffs, a smile in the face of staffs will make the guests more happy for your service.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
