    The rooms are dirty. The bed was unkept,. The bathrooms stinking. Overall pathetic hotel. Single person juggling as a receptionist and room services. This person was arrogant, did know how to speak to the guest. Very bad experience. We had booked the hotel for 2 nights. But stayed in the hotel for only one night as it was too late, but changed the hotel first thing in the morning. ... More

    Worst stay at this hotel...Guest houses are prefferable compare to this hotel... Worst hotel service.... Hospitality is not good... Unhigenic room... Bathroom is too dirty... They dont provide shampoo & soap... We were got extra bed at late night 12:15... For drinking water we have to go at 3rd floor... I dont recommends this hotel to any one..dont waste your time and money... ... More

    1) Friendly Staff:- make sure you don't be over friendly with them or else they may take you for grant. 2) Room space:- amazingly spacious, however make sure that housekeeping is done properly as they are untrained people looking for a quick pay. 3) Food & Beverages:- Paneer Chill is not in the menu but worth trying.... and once the order is placed give it 45 minutes give or take 5 to 10 minutes more or less for the food that comes in. As far as Drinks (Alcohol) are concerned you will have to get your own As they do not have a permit to serve, but can either consume in your own room or in the garden near reception, Non-Veg is served but not cooked here. -:NOTE:- KINDLY KEEP REMINDING THE FO FOR THE THINGS YOU HAVE ORDERED TILL THE TIME YOU RECEIVE AS THEY TEND FORGET....     I booked hotel by our travel agent. As per his version it was supposed to be a good one. After entering the hotel I understood that it was a very cheap hotel. Rooms are not clean, a continuous stringent smell was making us sick. I will not at all recommend any body to stay.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
