    The view from balconi side it's ausome in morning and evening .They keep room neat n clean the food is also very much tasti I always order food from hotel only I don't eat outside and from that hotel each and very one give good service to us that why we always prepherr to go in that hotel only in Mahabaleshwar . from my opinion very one should go that hotel only ....     Vighnaharta Palace, Mahabaleshwar is a home stay not a hotel. The room is very clean & neat. The owner wakes you up early at 7am calling to say hot water is available only for an hour.on an holiday its not ideal if you sleep late & don't want to be disturbed early in the morning. We dint get hot water as the tap was empty . Owner said somebody left the hot water tap open & we wont get hot water. then we checked out. Note check out time is also very early at 9 am.at 8.45 am they switched of the power so its time to vacate the room.Its was like military rule.There is no proper mobile reception in this area. So you wont get network on your phone. WiFi is available only at reception that to they don't keep it on all the time.... More

    One thing a person staying here should remember that it is a budget hotel and therefore it only has the basic amenities that one can expect from such category of hotel. There is no restaurant or no open area or garden around. And the valley view from the room is also not so nice. The hotel is very near to main market & that is an advantage. Staff is hospitable.     We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days... stay was good.. breakfast was good.. and staff was so helpfull to us... they guided us so well... room was clean and view from balcony was too good.... we loved stay..... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
