    IT WAS DISGUSTING....... This trip advisor cheated me, as the room i paid for was not that room and the hotel gave me a sheety room, well i paid 1600 rs more to actually get the room i paid online. This hotel guy did not even have information about my booking until he saw my print out details. Bottom line .... I HAD TO PAY 4000 RS FOR THE ROOM WHICH ACTUALLY COST 2300 RS. HENCE FORTH NO MORE BOOKING ON TRIP ADVISOR.... More

    Good hotel in vicinity to major attraction in Mumbai

    Good to stay for couple of days as it is very close to CST station , market And other main attraction in South Mumbai. Rooms in hotel are small though clean, enough furniture to keep luggage. Fare is reasonable compared to other hotel around, though above average. Breakfast okay okay. Does not have restaurant. Bath Towels can be more better. Best thing is manager allowed to keep luggage even after checkout at reception that allowed me to do shooing for couple of more hours. Checkout timing 12noon. Payment mode hybrid, advance in cash and due amount thr' debit card. PS: debit card machine suffering from technical VB problem works after 2-3 attempts.... More

    The hotel is at very good location. Almost walkable distance from the Chatrapati shivaji terminus. The rooms are quite good and well furnished. The breakfast was not very good but the hotel staff was courteous.... More

    My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The location is great, very near CST and we walked to most places. The room itself was fine, with decent facilities. However, despite the advertising, you cannot pay with card, which was a real inconvenience. Also, on the last night, the manager phoned our room at 22:30 and asked us to pay the bill (we were in bed, so not happy at all!) Overall, would not stay here again.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
