    Rooms are good, ample space. But late time I was in this hotel I got a smaller room, little congested. Its a good hotel for short visits and pocket friendly. I'm not sure it there is any parking space, it is just by the road. It is little far from both Railway station and Airport, for both you have to leave at least one and half to two hours early. But you can get cabs easily at any time. In around 5 km radius one can find shopping malls and all kind of shops, so yes, location is quite good. Overall my stay was comfortable.... More

    Hotel location is very good. Rooms are neat and clean. Food quality is average. Road facing rooms give glimpse of road. Looks fascinating specially in night. Room service guy was very warm and friendly. I stayed with my friend. Room was having only one set of bath towel, hand towel and water bottle. All things were provided on request. I would have been happy if these things were already in place.... More

    We had taken the Super Deluxe Room, and that was spacious. It had a separate sitting area with sofa and centre table. And it had Two TVs, one in the bed area and one in the sitting area, and two Window ACs as well. The ACs were good enough and cooled quite fast. The Best part of this hotel is its location, with lots of eateries around. Its walking distance from the junction of Sarat Bose Rd. & Rash Behari Avenue. The Kalighat Metro stn is also nearby. I did not try any food from the hotel, so cant comment on that. Would say is a good budget hotel for both family and business travellers.... More

    Affordable and well priced hotel with amazing service !

    Stayed in this hotel for a wedding for nearly a week. Had booked nearly two floors for us. The Hotel is clean, rooms are clean, well priced. The best of all, the hotel staff right from the cleaning staff to the manager are very cooperative and adjusting. To top it off, very jovial as well. Being a wedding environment, we kept throwing requirements at them and to my amazement I never heard a NO from them. They always accommodated everything that we asked for. My family and me can never thank them enough for making the stay wonderful ! Mr. Avijit was managing the entire show with his team. Thanks all !!... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
