    Very cheap but seriously needs to be restored. Rooms, even if noisy, might be okay for a backpacker like me, but toilets should be rebuilt. Anyway rooms are relatively clean and wifi is powerful. The positive is that it is located in the backpackers area and has many shops and food stalls in the nearby. Red Fort and Old Delhi bazars are easily reachable in a 10-15min rickshaw ride or by a 50-60min walk. Staff is friendly and supportive, it is a value added. ... More

    Great staff, average hotel, bad location

    The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. We also ate here and the food was really nice. The hotel rooms however were pretty run down and not very clean, but it was obviously very cheap. The location was really bad though and certainly didn't feel like a safe area. We went for a wander to the main bazaar and after about 20minutes had been followed 4 times!! This certainly made my partner very uncomfortable.... More

    Perfect place to stay in Delhi

    This place is basic but cheap and in a great location right by the main bazaar. As a solo female traveller I felt real unsafe in most parts of Delhi, but this area is safe and full of tourists and backpackers. I even walked around the area at night here without issue. They have hot water and great wifi. And the staff are really helpful. They booked train tickets for me for a nominal fee of 50 rupees per ticket (most places will charge you at least double what your ticket is worth) The owner also came and rescued me from a scam hotel I got taken to by a taxi driver when I called him. Despite being stuck there for nearly two days until I got a sim to call for help and missing my original check in day he came to get me on his scooter the second I called. ... More

    Very nice hotel ...the staff was very helpful specially the owner gaurav ...its a home away from home ...they have the hot water ,wifi,travel services counter ...you can easily get a comfortable stay for 800-900 bucks...... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
