    Comfy rooms and good food.

    Spacious rooms with comfortable bed! Close to a tube station which links to all major places in Delhi. The staff were helpful and very lovely. We booked transport through them and had absolutely no issue. They have just opened a rooftop restaurant which serves delicious food at a very reasonable price. Staff are happy to help as much as possible. Rooms clean. Can be a little noisy from the beeping outside but it isn’t too bad considering the price! Overall a nice place.... More

    We booked an airport pickup through the hotel and we were scammed by the driver saying that the place was closed, forcing us to book another hotel. After arguing with the driver we walked 15 minutes to the hotel which was still there and the hotel owner was waiting for us. He didn't seem genuine and was quite obvious that he was in on the whole thing, trying to make more commission. He kept asking us weird questions and the hotel is in a very dodgy place. It's so dirty that we didn't shower at all and barely wanted to touch the bed. Lots of locals hang around the area and even in the hotel lobby making us feel uncomfortable the whole time. A few of the Indian workers/cleaners basically barged into our room when we didn't ask them to and they kept making excuses to come into the room to look at my girlfriend. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
