    Visited with family. Proximity to the airport is great. Cabs easily available. Cleanliness was good. Immediate response. Some problem with geyser was immediately fixed by hotel staff. View of non road facing rooms is not that good but costwise, it is managable. Easy check in and check out process.... More

    Everything was good, but receptionist Mr- SOHNA, i would like to share my whole experience. i book an room by reaching hotel the first person at reception was great and i cleared everything with him, like i am going to stay with my partner but when my partner reached there, at that time receptionist was changed and i ignored everything which his staff informed him, and he misbehaved with me by saying that booking was for single person in front of my partner. Then he questioned my partner ID a lot without any reason. More over they served my non veg even though i order veg food and charged me for non veg food. Food quality pathetic.... More

    Unhygienic Rooms Un trained, Un polite staff ....

    Stay: 15 May 2019 Choose this hotel after checked review on trip advisor for stay on our arrival in New Delhi by late night flight from Mumbai which reached at early morning by 2.30 am. I had family with me so i thought that it would be convenient to take halt nearby hotel at Delhi Airport. We reach hotel by 2.30 am. There is no manager or any person on reception table. Hotel watchman welcome us and weak up reception staff. We booked this hotel from OYO.. As soon as we reach hotel on 2.30 am when we expect that hotel management should take care to give preference to allot room first for get relaxed first and took a sleep instead of that after came from sleep manager asked first for payment of our stay. Hotelers should keep trust on customer that they should not leave without their payment on their check out. I also add here that i really don't know how this OYO people management working. Actually when i booked hotel from OYO app before a day or 2 from my arrival i got price including breakfast as per conversation with OYO customer care, but hotel management charged us extra for breakfast. Also i expirienced that hotel management not provide me same number room which OYO inform us on app. I is also meaningless to expect hotel management that even after informed them that we will be reach to hotel in few min from Delhi airport they do not keep our room ready by switching on air conditioner. When we open room we filled discomfort with unhygienic smells. We asked to service person about same but they didn't answer. Even room is good, big it is unhygenic, smelled because of not maintained properly. Their were no hot water to tap in bathroom. Lines on bed are unhygienic, uncleaned and used. They have not changed the line. When we asked for hot water morning they answered me that they have to switched on boiler they offer me 1 bucket of hot water. when we ask them why they don't have hot water to tap they told that they generally not switched on boiler in summer. I think it is very horrible answer. When i request him for more bucket of water as we are 3 peoples they answered me very rudely that "sir thoda diraj kariye. rakha hai abhi itane jaldi hoga kya?" They also had very limited menu on complimentary breakfast only poori bhaji, sandwich with mayo and cabbage, banana, cereal as veg menu and bread omelet or scrambled egg for non veg menu. Air con is centralized and not working properly. Bathroom kit is limited and batroom is unhygenic, uncleaned. only cons of this hotel are big room but not well appointed near to airport prons Do not expect more. Keep your check/cash ready on arrival no matter if you reached late night or early morning they ask you for payment first. Be ready to expirienced un professional answers from staff. Do not trust on pics about cleanliness. Not suitable for family. I was with my son and wife and i found some cultureless people on breakfast. May this hotel is their regular place for stay.... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
