    Please avoid booking this hotel. The hotel entrance and lobby is very dingy. We changed our room thrice in the first couple of hours of our stay. 1st room - There was no latch on the bathroom door. The bathroom was extremely unmaintained and unhygienic. 2nd room - The toilet was not functioning properly, although the room was a bit better than the 1st one but the bathroom was equally bad. Finally, we moved to the third room, which was again no better than the last two but at least everything was functioning properly. All in all, it is not even for budget travelers because cleanliness should be every hotel's priority, and this is where they lack majorly.... More

    Close to Airport, just about ok hotel

    We had stayed in this hotel essentially as an 'insurance' against missing a morning flight the next day. The hotel is located at a conveniently close location. The hotel does not have a restaurant and food has to be bought from outside. Had got a package with free breakfast and breakfast we got was good. The bathroom however was slightly smelly. In all, ok for an overnight stay but not good for longer tenures.... More

    The hotel is located in a very good place. The entrance makes you feel that OH no ! is it my type of good hotel. But when I entered the lobby , I felt ... how can i stay for 4 days. As I checked in , the room was good. I stayed for 5 days and the end of it .......What a WONDERFUL place. Not to mention the hospitality , the complimentary breakfast , free wi-fi , the punctuality . I got a wake up call at 230 am as I had to catch my early morning flight . I would suggest a YES for all solo people ......... More

    I am giving five star to this hotel only because i got huge discount while booking this hotel and in this range including free WiFi and breakfast this was best hotel for value for money. Rooms was clean. Staff was good. I forgot my one photo frame in my room and they kept it safe. Food was tasty as well. If you want quite rooms then please ask for 3rd floor rooms because rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are noisy and you can easily hear traffic noise. The A.C . on reception does't work so don't be there for much time. If you are paying two and half thousand and above then you can go with better options.... More

    Sorry, but this is the most terrible "hotel" in India. It's very dirty, it's expensive, staff are stealing money from tourist rooms. Some rooms are without windows! Don't belive to pictures wich you can see here or booking.com, or elsewhere! You can view real pictures from this hotel in attachment...... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
