all the sraffs are very good
they gave us best facility and best reception
they clean mh room all time
gave us good services
Especially Mr. Deepak is special person of the hotel. he is a good worker of the hotel

I would like to thank virender deepak and Manoj for making my stay with the hotel a comfortable one would definitely be pleased to stay here again next time overall the hotel rooms are clean the only thing is that there aren't any coffee or tea makers and no proper hot water I did have a pleasant stay and they did take care of us well

Made a sudden plan to Delhi. N got this property listed on oyo rooms. I had a early morning check in and the hotel guys were waiting for me. Really appreciate their efforts. U just needed to tell them that I keep something n they would arrange it. Thanks virender and his team for making my stay great here.

Only if i could rate this below one star then definitely would have...
Worst than any hotel i have been too even just for a casual stop,they are just so casual with everything and if u have any issue then please convey all the staff one by one as there opinions regarding problems differ a lot.
Used to visit often, but Hotel has deteriorated

We used this hotel as a base for our Delhi stays.
Its 10mins walking distance to Karol Bagh Market, most tailors know it well, and will come to the hotel for fittings. Its also 10mins to Karol Bagh Metro Station for the overhead metro train.
Its safe to shop til late at the market and take a slow walk back to the hotel late at night.
However with our last visit in March 2017, the hotel has become a bit run down. There wasn't much hot water, and we needed to ask for it to be put on each time we wanted to shower.
There were fleas between the linen, which the bellboy insisted we had "planted" (we has just arrived in the room and not even slept as yet). After removing the duvet, the mattress protector had food stains, and we were told that we should just put the sheet between us and it, because it could not be changed.
The cleaners used masking tape to close off gaps between wall and window, saying that the fleas had come from the birds that sit on the window ledge, and the window blinds were broken, so no way to block out the morning sun.
The wifi didn't work on any of the floors, we needed to sit at reception to get connection, which was quite crowded with other guests also trying to get onto the internet.
As we had stayed at this hotel before, we made arrangements directly with the hotel for our booking, however, we needed to send 3 emails and call twice before we had any emailed confirmation of rooms and room rates.
The manager tries to be as helpful as possible, and the staff are friendly, but its just that the hotel is getting older and has not been maintained well. We booked for 10 nights but left after 3.
They were very prompt with airport pickup, and the breakfast has nice variety.
Although we had stayed here often before, its not a hotel that we would visit again.
