    This hotel charges high, no value for money. Poor rooms, broken a.c. vent, mattress, bed sheet and covers are stinking, cupboard is DIRTY, Bathroom is also not clear spiderweb are present. Not worth staying, have to drasticly improve everything.... More

    Room are fine .... but bathroom is bad .... also service is very poor, we had to wait for 1 hour for Tea. Food was bad, also they can't provide food in night after 10:00 PM not even tea. Location is ok ok ... far from lake .. but near to railway station... More

    We had booked a delux room in that hotel and there were cockroaches in it. Even afterv spraying the room with HIT they were still there. The complimentary breakfast was horrible and on the top of that the man will chargre you Rs.200/night + 14 per cent VAtT for the bill.... More

    We were a group of seven guys on our latest trip to the city of lakes, the Venice of the east and we wanted a nice decent place for one night. We were a little tight on budget and you know how being tight on budget is - You don't want to cut down your requirements and luxuries but still don't have much to pay. Right? I knew about this Hotel Vrindavan and then I came to know about Hotel Vatsalya which shared the owners with the former. Well, the reception desk is quite helpful and though they don't know very much about the details of Udaipur or the nearby attractions, They will pretty much tell you about the regular spots. It's necessary to speak up about the requirements well in advance as you might never get them afterwards. So, If you need an extra pillow or blanket or bed - Just tell them right in advance. You can also bargain about the prices and as far as my experience goes, you will be successful in some savings. Rooms are good. They are spacious, They are clean and they are well equipped for a budget hotel. You might not be complaining about them. But, If you need something else like something as basic as a water bottle - **WARNING**, You might get dehydrated before it comes to you. And when it does, you find out that the seals are broken. Well, Drink it up now because you are dehydrated already. Location is good. You will get auto rickshaws and stuff pretty easily. Moreover, it's near to the bus stand and the railway station so it's a good good place unless you find the sound of trains annoying; though there's not much traffic on the railroads of Udaipur. They are cooperative in fulfilling your cloak room and parking needs. So, if you are looking for a budget hotel, I will recommend you to check it once before booking and paying in some other Hotel and save some money for Udaipur :)... More

  1. Hotel may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year's eve or other festive periods. Any such supplements need to be paid directly at the hotel.|Local Id not acceptable and unmarried couples are not allowed|
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
