    i checked in on 23rd DEC 2019 for one day, the resort is very good , clean , sraffs are very good. only problem is they dont have proper room service,very delay, no proper breakfast, whatever they makes you have to eat that , they dont have buffet in weekdays, weekdays they will make two items and that two items you have to eat even if you dont like, funny part in breakfast they dont have breads, in egg only omlette, no poach or fried egg which is very simple to make, for north Indian or any foreigners they need bread and egg types if they dont like pongal and idli, only pongal and idli is served two days along with omlete, for my kids there was no breads in the resort. The resort is very nice and natural beauty, now if any guest wakes up in the morning and takes natures fresh walk and wanted tea in the morning he will not get till 9.00 am , the staff says service will start by 9. 00 am , i ordered simple dal and rice for my 2yrs old child and it came after 1 hour after i repeatedly called up the kitchen .They give tea in a pot without a cup and saucer, again they will bring the cup, they served my chilli chicken in my room without any plate spoon and fork , , again you have to tell them to get it. very less service experience . The most bad part is they dont have bread or any fruits like banana for weekdays breakfast, at least , break , banana , egg ( omlete , poach, fried egg ) must be there or any canned juice ( if fresh fruits juice are perishable as per the occupancy ) along with what ever items they make , they will say only idli pongal is there . The rooms are clean , resort is nice , Pandian and gokulam is a nice person .they helped us a lot . anyhow its a mixed exprience, next time if i travel there i will carry my bread and banana or apple...   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
