    We arrived at this hotel as it was booked by some friends due to its close proximity to the railway station, where we had to be early the next morning. Upon arriving, the main receptionist was pushy, rude and uninviting; while a nicer, younger man sorted out our things. After a considerable time of doing what we had to do to check in, a lovely man named Pablo helped take everything to the rooms and was probably the best part of the stay. The room was a complete lie from what we had seen in pictures. The linen was filthy, the towels were wet and the place was overall pretty dirty. The bathroom had random holes, and smelt like cigarettes. The bathroom was separated by a small wall to another bathroom where we could hear everything in the next room. The restaurant there has quite nice food, and service is relatively fast, but pigeons are in the roof above so it is pretty noisy. The TV didn’t work and there was no hot water. Overall it was a pretty awful stay but bearable for one night. The bed was pretty comfy though.... More

    Our stay here was set up by a friend of ours for one night because of its close location to the train station. When we first arrived the room seemed quite suitable despite the smell of cigarettes but then we soon discovered that the bedding was quite dirty and the bathroom wasn't in good condition at all. There were holes in the walls of the bathroom - we could hear everything happening in the bathroom next door in some detail - and there was no hot water.     I booked this hotel for 3 nights . They are totally fraud . Bad rooms . Smelly toilets . Mosquitoes and dengu are in room . Lost of fly's and bees . I suggest never book this hotel . Staff are very double standard and very rude type. When I came there I ask them for drop charges to airport they said it's only Rs.300 /- only . After that I have an argument with them to change my rooms because there are lot of bees mosquitoes fly's but they didn't provide me good room . When I complaint there hospitality to the online portal they are starting Harrasing me at the time of checkout I ask them for taxi but they said it will be charged RS.2500 for airport drop then I realize that they are doing this silly things to frastuate me and I m shocked with there behaviour ....     very noisy hotel and area

    me and my friend spent here 3 nights at the beginning of October. Getting here from metro station can be really overwhelming for a first time India travelers, like us, its near Main Bazaar street which is just crazy full. anyway, our room looked nothing like those on pictures, it was in much worse state, like those in pictures after 15 years maybe. our AC was crazy loud, making horrible noises and we had to fill some gaps around AC and window so the insect wont come inside. also you can hear every single noise from the hall, and trust me, its not a quiet hotel. the restaurant on the top was really something else. there are several men sitting or walking around but looks like nobody is doing anything there. we have been waiting for 50 minutes for stupid toasts with butter ! at least we didnt have "delhi belly" problems so the kitchen is probably clean enough.if you want to deal with culture shock right away, then book this hotel....     Staff are helpful, rooms are clean. Bathroom isn't overly inviting, but if you grit your teeth it's fine. Had to use a bucket to flush the toilet and the air conditioning was very loud, but would prefer that than no A/C. Ours turned off in the night, rang reception and they turned it back on straight away!! Okay for the price! ... More
