    Good place. Right on the Mall Road near lift

    This was my second stay at the hotel and I already knew what to expect. I did not get the same room as I got last time but they offered me 2 bed room to accommodate by 2 kids. The service is good as all always and I did not had much of a problem except the wooden closet in the room need to be repaired immediately. This hotel is best option based on its location at Mall Road and reasonable price. They don't have dine in facility which I was already aware of.... More

    First of all hotel manager denied for check-in and booked another worst room somewhere else few km away which you cannot even call hotel room and then he threatened us to pay for the hotel charges.Would not recommend this hotel at all specially if you are travelling with family or even if with someone else as this might ruin your whole trip also location is not good at all. worst hotel -zero out of five....     Small hotel right on the mall road, near to the lift. You have to climb down few stairs from the mall road to reach here. Total 8 rooms, 5 one floor down with a common balcony, 3 two floors down with minimal ambient light or air. All has attached bath with basic clean facility. Except the location nothing much to talk about. Staff is indifferent. If you want to hang around on the mall road late in the night and want to avoid the long lift queue in the evening, book here. ... More

    This hotel is horrible from many aspects. Lets list them one by one. 1. They are horrible with the phone - I tried contacting them again and again before leaving Calcutta, without success. Then I was able to contact them from Manali - it was 9.00 AM when I called. When i asked them to confirm the reservation, I was told that the manager was not yet in so reservation cannot be verified. Then while entering Shimla I tried getting in touch with them for over 45 minutes. The phone was constantly engaged. In the dark I almost gave up trying to look for the hotel and was only with the help of some locals and a helpful porter I could locate this hotel - It is two or three properties to the right of KFC. You have to get down at the Lift and come all the way up using two lifts 2. Location - Everything in Shimla is filthy. This hotel is in the middle of filth. I was offered a "Super Deluxe Room" #106. which has a window in level with the road. People walk next to the only 7 inch window to the room. 3. Reception - The reception is a corner manned by two local boys who have to clue / training or knowledge to run a hotel of this price Rs 4000 / night 4. Basics - There is no water. After a lot of requests they will hand over a bucket of cold water - thats it 5. The hotel is a Sky shop. This indicates that the owner has no focus on being a hotel. He / They are just trying to make money out of unsuspecting traveller. 6. Cleanliness - You will find flies, insects, dust, mold in your room. 7. A false cupboard door came crashing down when i tried o open the door and found that it is a false door.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
