    Although the hotel was acceptable and prices were nice, the staff was not so friendly. We had a family type room with 2 beds. The room was OK, but there was 3 big issues: 1- walls badly needed cleaning and a plaster and paint job 2- the shower got some sort or "patching" on day 2, when we were absent and they did not clean their work afterwards (see pics) 3- not only they do not supply water after day 1, but when we asked for some, they brought us 3 REFILLED big bottled water (cap was not sealed, which is a common trick in India a.k.a. Refill with Tap, and this is VERY bad for us tourists). If you do not leave your key card (like we did the 1st day), the will NOT clean your room. (They did not tell us this....) In our room shower, there was also a hole in the ceiling and we could hear birds in the morning.... (see pic) The restaurant downstairs is ...well, you should eat elsewhere. In summary, OK for a budget hotel, but you can find much better if you spend time on the Web.... More

    Hotel is located in good location easily approachable to market & other points ( Hawa mahal, jantar- mantar,city palace ). They are very caring about there guest. Staff very helpful . everything is good in Jaipur .... More

    Perfect place to have a pleasant experience

    My experience at hotel V inn was totally amazing and that is why thought to share my experience to help others to make their choice as well. Being new in Jaipur, I booked a hotel V inn through online portal, still was unsure that whether I made a right choice. However, the moment I checked-in to hotel, I was amazed to see the ambiance and we were welcomed like a royal guest. Hotel staff is also very nice and co-operative. Firstly, we were allotted a small room, but then realizing our need the hotel staff immediately shifted us to bigger room at very reasonable prices. Being a very new hotel built in mid of 2016, the infrastructure is also very modern. They have another hotel in the villa form, 'Hotel V inn Villas'. During our three days stay, we spent our last day in villa, which was also very good experience at very reasonable prices. Higher management of the hotel takes a personal interest to check customer satisfaction, which is really admirable. I had checked all the hotels available on online portal, but none of them were providing such a great infrastructure at such a reasonable prices. So at the end I felt that I indeed made a right choice of 'Hotel V inn' and I found great value for my money. Hope this helps you too in making right choice!... More

    Worst service we've received, it ruined our stay.

    The only good thing was our room was nicely decorated and comfortable and the young girls on reception went out of their way to help us at times. The service was absolutely atrocious, at one point we kindly asked the guy on reception if he had a moment to talk (we'd already been waiting 30mins and not one of the several workers asked if we needed anything) to which he looked at us and went 'what do you want?' and then repeated the same extremely rudely when we looked shocked,he had been so rude when we were trying to talk privately on matters which we thought might of left a sour note on other people staying at the hotel if said aloud ! The room keys in the hotel don't work properly and you must stand and wait at times more than half an hour until you can eventually get in your room. Due to being ill we had no choice but to stay in the hotel for food most days, the restaurant is extremely overpriced - charging 325 rupees for a small bowl of plain steamed rice ?! We also asked our sheets to be changed and certain areas to be cleaned in the room, the sheets were changed (we think) after the second time of asking but the other areas were not once cleaned. No tea was refilled throughout our stay. The hot water was temperamental. We stayed in the kings room and half of the amnesties listed weren't available or at least we weren't made aware of (safety deposit box, hairdryer, mosquito net, drying rack, mini bar etc, also the 'balcony' was misleading as the only balcony there is is the rooftop i.e. not a private one) also again we weren't informed about the "free bike hire" at all. The location is bad and you must get a taxi/rickshaw anywhere and everywhere. Even the staff tried to double the price for us in the hotel, informing us breakfast was 200 rupees more than what it actually was, luckily we had been informed of the actual price the day before so weren't ripped off and when we told the worker we knew it was not that price he just smirked and said ok. However after also being told that juice coffee etc was all included in the 'buffet' they still charged us extra for the juice ?! At this point we couldn't even be bothered to say anything due to the several issues we'd already raised !Breakfast is listed as starting at 7am,reception say it's at 7:30am but when we got down there they said it wouldn't be ready until 8:30am. Language barrier was a massive issue, majority of staff speak no english. Upon leaving there was no thanks or barely a goodbye. Overall I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel, it has the potential to be a fantastic hotel with the room we stayed in etc but the service we received doesn't even rate as a 1* even from the owner. Nobody knows what they're doing and this hotel definitely doesn't deserve to succeed, stay elsewhere.... More

Overview

Hotel V Inn is roughly 4 km from Hawa Mahal and Jaipur Bus Stand (Chandpole). As value added services, guests are offered free internet access and breakfast during their stay. Arranges in three floors, there are in total 30 well-kept rooms that are equipped with essential requisites. Rooms include amenities like tea/coffee maker, mini-bar, bottled drinking water, fruit basket and attached bathroom with hot/cold water facility.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
