    We arrived late from a trip and our other hotel cancelled on us at last minute meaning we were stranded at 2 in the morning. An auto rickshaw driver forced us to hotel Uk. They charged us 5000 rupees for one night which was extortionate price, we tried to leave and not pay but we were forced to stay. They took ages with our passports and we felt very unsafe. The manager eventually came out we asked for a receipt and he refused to provide one he was extremely rude to us and told us to get to our room and go to bed. The room was dirty, no paper in the bathroom, no light in there and electrics covered with sellotape. The Windows were so thin we could hear all the stray dogs barking through the night, then the traffic and then at 8am the staff start using circular saws, and blow torches outside our room. Did not sleep at all. At breakfast we were told it was complimentary but then they tried to charge for it, we refused to pay and they accepted eventually. Then tried to convince us to stay in their cheap rooms, they weren’t cheap when they wanted to scam us into staying there!... More

    Throughout the world hot water is plumbed into the left-hand tap or mixer and cold water into the right-hand tap, or mixer. But not so in Best Western Swiss Cottage hotel. The bath-room wash-basin follows the world-wide practice of left hot and cold right: but the shower unit has adopted left cold and right hot! This fault led me to complain about the absence of hot water to the shower and it was only on my second morning that I realised the plumbing was effectively "back to front".... More

    Please don't stay here. Terrible staff and treatment of guests. Extremely over prized. The bathroom was very dirty, bed sheets had stain marks. Basically every time you get our your room, staff will come running to you with a new scam.... More

    Scammers, please don't stay here. First of all the charges are bloody unbelievable. You get a better room in nearby hotels for one third of the price. Hotel UK charges you very high. Now the receptionist is a full on fraud as well as partner of the establishment. They blindly allow prostitution in this place. Not fit for family stay at all. The room service is slow and bad. Extremely rude. Will enter your room without even knocking. Asks for tip all the time and even after tipping 500 INR they keep begging. Food is the worst here, eat out if you stay at all. Never book tickets or exchange money from here you will be ripped out. I recommend you never visit this place. Hotel USA is also owned by them so don't go there as well.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
