    Terrible experience in new delhi

    I have stayed there for 2 night the room service is not good. No wifi. The bathroom shower and many other were broken. At the time of check out takes extra charges for vat and service tax as there's service was worse. Our ac was not working I call them for 5 time then the service was available. They also offer us a tour package for mathura and agra it was a worse journey as the conductor and the tour guide behaviour was rude towards all the tourist in the bus.... More

    Horribal...And 4th-5th Class Hotel...

    Very Bad Experience.....had visited this hotel in fab with my wife it's a very Horribl hotel staff was so rude service is also poor rooms are dirty so so so bad hotel even they had given us a package for agra mathura tour its also bad bus,bus driver and conductor and guide also...dont go please....all are working for commission only.....very bad.......     Cheaters - Hidden Charges - Not Value for Money

    We reached Delhi very early morning but Flight was 7 hours away. Instead of searching in Google we just asked the Auto driver to take us to a nearby hotel to spend and freshen up in next few hours. He took us here and too commission from the hotel. The said they will charge 1500 per room. We agreed and stayed for 4 hours. Meanwhile they did not give the set top box remote for TV and it was not even air conditioned as mentioned. While checking out they added 20% extra in the bill saying Vat and Service Charges. We did not take any service. After a long argument he agreed not to add the service charges but forced us to pay extra taxed. We don't even know if they pay it to government or to the auto driver as commission.... More

    Should be called "Hotel UG!"

    The price of being unprepared when we arrived in Delhi at 4:00 in the morning, without a hotel reservation, or a plan, is that we were deposited, tired at Hotel UK. It was dirty. The bed sheets were stained. The pillowcases had hair on them from previous visitors. The sink didn't work, but at least the shower could be used to wash our hands... but it didn't turn off and flooded our bathroom. But my favorite was the loose-toilet seated toilet, which upon flushing, shot geyser of water into the toilet basin, and fresh toilet water up into my face. What would a trip to India be without a stay in some dirt bag hotel to put everything in perspective? On the bright side, we had it much better than all those poor guys sleeping on the Delhi streets. I do count my blessings...... More

    Good for short stay

    Good for short stay. Did not had hot water. The staff is good. Once I told them I had flight earluly morning, they reminded me 3 times in the morning. The taxi arranged by hotel is also good but I suggest book taxi on your own to save money. Food was good. Overall a good hotel for a short stay... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
