    The hotel is located at Lal Ghat...and the approach to hotel is also proper...We have always stayed at Lal Ghat whenever we have visited Udaipur...This was our 1st visit to this hotel. The hotel is a well maintained property...the rooms were clean and are big...bathrooms are also clean and of decent size...a courtyard between the rooms is also well maintained and one feels like sitting there often... The rooftop of the hotel is also good and well maintained with very good view of lake pichola...the swimming pool was also amazing...overall a nice property. The staff was very co-operative and on 1st day we got late for dinner..but still a proper dinner and drinks were served to us and we were attended well...at the rooftop restaurant. The hotel owner was very co-operative and had also arranged for our dinner at another hotel at our request...which due to peak season was difficult to arrange..yet he got it done for us. Our experience was pretty good at the hotel and we recommend this hotel for staying.... More

    I will share the pro and cons for you to decide as per your requirement . Pro's : Near to lake Pichhola . Good roof top view . Market is near by. Con's : 1.Pathetic room service. Even for a hot glass of drinking water 30 min waiting after 3 reminders. 2.Rude staff. Not at all interested to serve you ( specially if you are Indian ) 3.Limited time for hot water. You wont get a single bucket of hot water if limited 2 hours are passed. 4. Less than average food taste with exorbitant prices. Still if you plan to stay plz avoid staying on the same floor as reception as early morning you will start hearing noises people checking out and continuous ringing phone. ... More

    You will enjoy great views, amazing breakfast (you can order as much as you want), the hotel is very clean (rare for India standards), the staff is helpful and friendly, location is perfect, the rooms are nicely decorated and very comfy, I wouldn't doubt to go again.... More

    This place is seriously luxurious and the service and hospitality second to none. This coupled with the beautiful lake view, the fantastic food in the restaurant and the pool on the roof made it difficult to leave and explore udaipur’s also wonderful sights.... More

    Decent property at nice location

    Stayed at this hotel for a day. This is right behind Jagdish Temple and value for money. The best part is the view from roof top - especially the sunset view. The famous city place is very nearby and the Hathipole market is at walking distance. The room was neat and clean and staff was helpful. The only issue is that this hotel is in small lane so access through cab/auto is challenge.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
