    I Came To Ahmedabad For Marketing Of Our Antibiotic Products. I Took An Auto From Railway Station And Asked Him To Show Me Some Hotel Which Has Good Facilities With Most Reasonable Tariffs. He Showed Me 2 Hotels Having Tariff Around Rs 2200 And That Also For The Next Day 9 Am Check-out. I Needed To Stay Till The Next Day Evening. And My Company Doesn't Pay More Than Rs 700 For One Day Stay. The Third Hotel Which He Showed To Me Was 'Hotel Tushar'. Thank God That I Got The Perfect Room In My Budget Tariff. The Most Important Benefit To Me Is That The Check-out Time Was 24 Hours. So Instead Of Paying Rs 4400 For My Stay I Payed Only Rs 700.Was Comparitively Big Size, Well Ventilated, Clean. And Also The Railway Station Was Nearby. The Staff Was So Co - Operative. Next Time I Will Not Have To Search For A Reasonable Hotel In Ahmedabad.... More

    ME AND MY DAD HAD A NIGHTMARE STAYING IN THIS HOTEL

    I wanted a reasonable Hotel, I had arrived in Ahmedabad due to admission in a University in Gandhinagar. When I had contacted them, the Hotel Manager had assured me that he will send a car to the Airport for a pickup, but when I arrived there was nothing at the Airport, instead I hired a vehicle by myself to go to the Hotel. I had paid Rs.150 for the ride to the Hotel in-front of the Receptionist, when the driver left THEN ONLY the Receptionist said that I should have paid him only Rs.70-80. I paid the price for one day of the room and I was given a room on 2nd floor, the room was BIG, but the lock of the loo was broken, the bathtub was unusable, the geyser was dead, THANK GOD THE TAPS WERE OK. Then I reported to the Hotel authorities about the loo door, later I was shifted to a room in the 1st floor, in that room there was an AC, which was absolutely NUMB AND FLAT, I gave the front grill of the AC some support with a cushion so that it doesn't falls off. The loo of this room was TOO stuffy and so short that I coudn't even stand properly and water was leaking from its ceiling. And there was a sofa in the room, we COULD NOT use it because the BUGS were residing in them and didn't want them to disturb us by biting. The 'boys' of the Hotel brought us some dinner from the near by Restaurant which was pure veg, NO NON-VEG available. The next day morning we shifted to another Hotel.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
