    I was on a very short trip to Mumbai and I wanted to stay as close to the airport as possible. I found Hotel Transit as one of the better rated and conveniently priced options. Located at a walkable distance from the airport, it serves the purpose of avoiding Mumbai traffic, and leaving for the airport just in time. I stayed here for only one night, and found it to be comfortable, without much disturbances. Food wasn't great but I didn't find much to complain about. Proximity to the airport and good connectivity to elsewhere in Mumbai are the only expectations that you should go this hotel with.... More

    Worst customer service

    The customer service is pathetic. We called a day before check in date to ensure that we get a room before check in time which is 2 PM while we wanted the room around at 8 AM (we were to pay extra charges). However no matter what we say they decided not to give any room. Moreover, we brought our own breakfast from airport and the great hotel did not even provide place to sit in their premises giving excuse “OUTSIDE FOOD NOT ALLOWED”. We were made to sit in the smoking area for the breakfast. They were not even courteous to provide plate and tissues. Worst service I have noticed in my entire life. Never ever think to book this hotel. Had this not been my family, these people would have remembered my name forever. Please help me give a negative rating for the hotel. ... More

    Not Value for Money, Bad attitude, Faulty AC, Tax Theft

    My reviews of this hotel: I booked 5 rooms for couple of days; faced some really big issues: 1. Club rooms are located on top floor and is not at all worth the price 2. One of the rooms had faulty AC and apparently, the Hotel was aware of that. After requesting multiple times, changed the room after facing torture for 1 complete room. 3. Didn't find the attitude of staffs very friendly 4. They are still charging 18% GST rate on food consumed. When I raised, they said that they haven't received government notification. As such a big hotel, a rate in enacted not at the advent of a notice but basis effective date announced by Government. Going to complain against this hotel to IT department as well.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
