    While visiting Delhi, I once again stayed at this hotel with my son. The lobby of the hotel is quite unique with a lot of automobile memorabilia I had a room on the second floor and found the room clean, comfortable and cool. The bathroom, although dated, was in good condition and functional. Reception was good and friendly and the room rate was reasonable. All in all, I really liked this hotel. Service was sometimes slow, but all staff were very friendly and ALWAYS helpful. The hotel location is very good, being close to Connaught Place ( a major shopping precinct), close to interstate rail and metro. There are many tourist attractions close by, including Red Fort. I would definitely stay here again when next in Delhi.... More

    we entered the hotel at night chose a room and tendered an advance amount. my husband's id proof was provided but i couldn't, so they refused us the room and didn't even return our money. the attitude of the manager/ people at reception was pathetic and rude. rooms were just average.... More

    Worst hotel I have ever seen

    It wasn't even a hotel. It is like a ditch, with all sorts of insects crawling in your room and in your bed. Avoid this hotel. It is extremely dirty, unhealthy food, dirtiest kitchen ever, and very unhelpful front disk. The hotel manager is there to just take advantage of the guests and chopping them off in anyway he can. The assured me that they will have an overpriced taxi for me to the airport on time but it was all a lie. They started calling people when I showed up with luggages in the lobby and the car came after about half an hour later. Avoid this place and save yourself so many bad memories and unnecessary arguments with the front disk. ... More

    Hotel is in need of refurbishing. My room had burnt quilt by cigarette. Bed sheet was not cleaned properly. Toilet sheet was broken. The staff were not help-full at all. I asked to change bed sheet he made lot off fuss and starring at me. He did not replaced quilt just folded and put in cupboard then I asked him to supply another sheet so that I can cover myself when I go to bed but he never supplied. At 2AM I was feeling cold si shut down AC and Fan then I was feeling suffocating so left room for while and outside was hot . I could not sleep and breakfast was only very very limited : you can have two Prathas or Poori Bhaji or Toasted bread and butter and off course Tea or coffee with all options. NO BUFFET only serve in room.I won"t recommend to any one this hotel. ... More

    Starting my review, first thing to highlight is the staff, they don't speak english, they are completely cubbish people, and if you are an occidental tourist they try to cheat you making you pay unnecessary taxes and fees. Room was dirty, the bathroom is a joke and very precarious, walls are full of innecesaries decoration and matress is slim and hard. Finally the hotel area is horrible, very chaotic and crowded of people. Avoid this hotel!.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
