    I booked the room here via oyo. We reached the place by 10:30, we booked the room for a cheap prize. Once getting there and asked the manager about the room, He asked as the prize at which we had booked the room. After which he was reluctant to give us the room by telling all the rooms were filled. After so much arguments me and my husband had to leave the place. I was surprised to see how such hotels could get oyo standardisation. The manager there was an arrogant person. So if you book the rooms here for a good price you are going to get a room here or else you will have to leave the place.... More

    Hotel TJS Grand is near to Bikanerwala Chowk. The hotel have near about 20 rooms distributed in 3 floors.The hotel have lift facility.The hotel rooms are well maintained by the staffs.One can book hotel room through oyo also although hotel allow facility for booking offline also.The hotel have 24 hours kitchen facility, one can order food from his/her room.The hotel manager is not kind though, as I have not received well welcomed from him and is very arrogant in talking but kitchen and floor staffs are very kind enough. In a room one can get AC, MINI REFRIGERATOR, ATTACH WASHROOM, TV. One thing lacks in this hotel is the balcony view.For two sharing , this hotel charge ₹1500-2500. The charges are highly dependable on the demand and time. After all the hotel is good and I will give 3 star out of 5.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
