    This hotel is disgusting. It’s run down, dark, dingy and dirty. The rooms are of no comfort whatsoever and has no safe feel about it. The sheets in our room had blood stains on them, one of the walls appeared to have feceas smeared on them, the shower head was clogged up with an extreme build up of limescale and the so called air conditioning unit cello taped onto the wall. I feel like even this description is too nice for this place. The staff members were extremely irritating and within the first 10 minutes of being in our room knocked around 4 times to offer us water, toilet roll; basically anything they could offer to rack up our bill at the end of our stay (previously read they do this online). We went online to book another hotel straight away. We were actually worried to tell the owner of the hotel we were leaving and made up a lie that we had friends nearby and were going to stay with them because of how he appeared. He then made us put the reason in writing with a signature, which I found to be strange behaviour. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!... More

    I stayed at The Sunder hotel for nine nights in a nice,spacious en-suite room. The hotel offers a good food menu with lots of variety along with good,speedy room service. I would like to thank all the staff there for making my stay,most enjoyable,thanks to Mr Pritam (Manager)who was most kind and a special,big thanks to,Yash(Tour manager)for arranging my four day excursion to the Golden triangle which will be long remembered.     I was traveled the sundar hotel with my friend very excellent hotel with wifi facilities avl.Mr. Prakash ji manager is excellent person & good communication with guest.The food quality is very good also healthy & testy.All stall are behavior good.hotel budet is very affordable price & near by metro Railway station R K Marg distance 2km to hotel.Will recommend to all my friends & special thanks to Mr. Prakash ji....   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
