    "Nice Hotel & Excellent Service "

    We were there on 8th April,2017 to 11th April,2017 with my family, Manager allotted us room no. 202 , the room was too good, neat & Clean And the view from Window was awesome. Services provide by hotel Staff was so good , Food was excellent. Hotel Managers & Staff was very Co-operative, well mannered . Over all experience was too good. I recommended this hotel to all my Friends & relative. I want to visit on this hotel again... More

    Nice hotel but not a best location for winter

    I went there in January 2017. Rooms: Room was super clean and with great view. They even had ticket blankets on bed which helps in winter. During my journey I found that super Delux rooms had heater but not here. They charges 300Rs/day separately. Food & Dining Area: Food was good. they server the soup in the room first and as you to come in 15-20 mins. They have very small dining area so I had to wait sometime and had to come back as there were only 4-5 tables. Its actually open space inside the hotel which they have used for dining area. Staff: Staff was good however, We had to checkout a day early due to heavy snowfall and one of the staff person came with us carrying the bag till one Km. I somehow found the tempo and got into it so could not give him tip as token of appreciation. Location: Not a good location to stay in winter. If there is heavy snowfall, you are stuck and there as car could not come there, you have to walk. That's what I and all other people had to do. I carried my 3 year old son. But good part is, seeing a kid with me, they send someone with me to carry bag. Else in other season, I believe this would be a good place. If they can manage a gypsy for guest, it will be great....     Nice services, co-operative staff, room also as indicated, awesome Valley view from room window & delicious food.. Breakfast packed @6 o'clock by the staff in morning when we had to check out from hotel for Dharamshala.. On the very first day we reached hotel by 12.30 at night so not possible to take dinner.. They had arranged lunch for the next day.. Very good co-operation of the hotel staff...... More

    Good place to stay with courteous staff

    The hotel is situated around 2-3 KM away from Mall Road but that makes up for the beautiful scenery it offers. That staff was friendly and courteous and they even provided us the room way earlier than the check in time. We were given super deluxe room. The room was clean and wood work was exceptional. Coming to food, we couldn't ask for something better than buffet. The food was good. Definitely coming back here again.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
