    When I booked on OYO it said it is OYO Premium property but only the price is premium. We were given basement rooms Which were stinky and dirty. The bed were extremely uncomfortable and dirty.     I booked a family suite at this hotel via Booking.com. Apparently they sold my room at a higher price to a walk in customer and bumped me out to a nearby cheap hotel citing some technical problems.     nice location. just near the main road. very easy to find out. good spacious room. nice WC and hotel boys are good. breakfast was good. overall a good experience in a good price. wifi speed was good. breakfast is free and good. u ca bring dinner and lunch in room. but there are some nice dhabas near by where u can go and eat in a better price. check i and check out was smooth....     Overpriced, the AC could only be adjusted upward, and everything a little shabby though I didn't find it actually dirty. The electric kettle was a nice touch, but there was no place in the room to plug it in except by unplugging the bedside lamp and putting it on the bed. It was broken anyway, and when I called reception, they just put the broken one in another room and brought me theirs.... More

    I had no choice but to book Hotel Waves in Mahipalpur at 10.30pm , as my original booking in a reputed brand hotel in Aerocity was cancelled. But the Hotel Waves front desk pushed me in to this utterly poor place called The Class, stating that this was all part of the same group of hotels. I couldn't find a single positive point about The Class !!! It took an hour to get simple sandwiches delivered in the room; well past midnight. The drinking water bottle came in after 3 reminders. The bedsheets and pillow covers had blood stains. The room was dark, suffocation and foul smelling. Worst was the blanket, it was so dirty, it looked it hasn't been washed for months. I somehow managed to spend 4 hours and ran away to get me early morning flight. Plenty of Ubers/ Olas were available even at odd hours right in front of the hotel. T3 is 12 minutes drive. Definitely not a recommended place to stay for more than few hours. ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
