Not honouring our online booking and not good for family and female travellers. Very worst property... Avoid this property...... More

    Budget hotel, don't expect much, nice location

    I choosed this hotel because of its location and i got a pretty nice deal. It is normal business hotel with no frills. You get basic amenities, good staff and that is it. Though hot water was not available during 2 days of my stay. We got breakfast and dinner included with our package. They can improve cleanliness and few basic things. Overall good average stay...     I booked a stay at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days with my family from make my trip in Nov 2017 and had an unpleasant experience. Upon checking in I discovered that there was a water problem in both the room upon calling the front desk they said there is some issue and it took them 3 hours to get the water flowing in the bathroom. Then We noticed that there was an hot water issues again due to some repair work which took them 2 full day's to get that fixed ad and I was provided with hot water buckets one each for my family members to take care of our requirements in sheer winter season at Udaipur. The hotel management is worst and very ignorant. Not a place to stay with family for sure.... More

    Located very close to Sukhadiya circle. Property is not maintained in good condition at all. AC not working in one room and when shifted to another room TV was not working. Bathroom Flush was not functional, Jet spray was dripping. Food served at their restaurant has no taste at all. Hotel staff is not at all bothered about the issues of customer. Absolutely bad service & highly non-recommendable.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
