    One of the best property at karol Bagh

    Stayed here for around 4 days, was comfortable all through. They have got two type of rooms, one in old complex and the other in new complex. Both rooms are neat and clean. Linen was very clean. Though rooms in new complex are compact. Housekeeping staff was very cooperative. We had meeting in the same hotel. Halls also very neat and clean. They have a good space at terrace, can be used for parties. Coming here is also easy... Get down at karol bagh metro and opp road of pillar no 98. Just 100 meters walk to Karol bagh market. For sure will visit again.... More

    When our driver was driving through the neighborhood I was worried that the hotel might be sketchy but it was surprisingly very clean and new. I was also surprised that I didn’t hear any of the crazy traffic or honking cars from our room. The hotel smelled really good and the rooms were small yet modern and clean. The heating/cooling system looked new. The staff were accommodating and the free breakfast was delicious. Will stay again next time when in Delhi! ... More

    Initially I was bit worried about my choice as this hotel was located in busy area , then quality etc. Thankfully I was proved 200% wrong. The hotel staff , ambience and foods was just awesome . Entire hotel staff was very humble, polite and supportive and most importantly with no expecation. I most interacted with Manager "Santanu " and staff "Hiralal" Hatts off to their customer service . I can't belive people are so nice. Food , I was awesome. With no doubt food was just the best in delhi, if you like vegeterian. Most important after eating never felt heavy or had any kind of problems. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Thanks Dhananjay... More

    Stayed here with my husband for business purpose and strongly believe it was a wise choice. It truly served us well in respect of the following facilities : 1. Excellent location, in the heart of the city at Karol Bagh. 2. Fast, uninterrupted free WiFi service. In fact, better than the paid ones, which really was like an icing on the cake. 3. Staff is polite, professional and friendly. 4. Comfortable rooms with enough amenities you could ever ask for. 5. Competitively priced. 6. Neat and well maintained. 7. Special mention to the food like Rajasthani Thali, Gujrati, Punjabi etc.... ALL under one roof. 8. Buffet breakfast spread was wholesome. 9.     This was my best stay in a while in Delhi ! The rooms were good , spin and span ... breakfast spread was nice too ... they did not have al a carte for dinner was a big surprise ... we had to go out for dinner and that was a minus as per me ! Centrally located in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, the hotel is 6kms away from both New Delhi Railway Station and Old Delhi Railway Station; and is 25kms from the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Ramakrishna Ashram Marg Metro Station is at a distance of 2 km from the hotel. This 3Star hotel offers an array of facilities and amenities. Taxi services can be availed at the 24-hours tour desk. The hotel provides dry cleaning services, laundry service, doctor on call, round the clock Wi-Fi access and 24-hours room service. The terrace garden of the hotel is the place where one can spend their evenings. There are two types of rooms: Executive Room and Superior Room. Flat-screen cable TV, personal safe, minibar, tea/coffee maker, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning system, telephone, study table and writing material, mini bar, safety deposit lockers, refrigerator, mineral water, and extra blankets are facilities available at the hotel rooms. A sofa unit with a coffee table and a large mirror adorn the place. The in-house restaurant runs for 16 hours and offers multi-cuisine food that includes a specialized buffet breakfast and a wide range of cuisine like South Indian, Chinese, Indian and Oriental.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
