India's most worst Hotel never ever go there. Read carefully :-
Reasons not going there
1)Bad environment bad location in the slum area poor smell from the hotel.
2)No wifi no Tv Ac not working poor quality.If working.
3)Bathroom are very dirty unhygenic.
4)Drinking water are of poor quality its better to go Hotel Puri.
5)Bed are also dirty bedsheet r not good condition.
6)There is no positive side of this hotel
7)Bad behaviour of the hotel owner and staffs.
8) They charge extra money at the time of check out unnecessarily .They threatened you if we refuse to pay.
9) The hotel owner and staffs are gundas.
10)I have seen a hell .If you want to see a hell then go to these hotel

Please think twice before you decide to book a room in this hotel. The experience with the hotel was frustrating. The manager of the hotel Swarg does not have the minimum etiquette on customer service.
WORST HOTEL AND OBNOXIOUS STAFF

Its my worst experience at Puri. I booked Hotel Swarg from Booking.com with confirmation number- 1395.027.902 PIN CODE: 9448 at Rs. 1900/- Per day for two days , 27th Sept to 29th September. After booking I tried to be sure that hotel swarg is booked online correctly. I dialed the number I got from Booking.com after booking. I got Mr.Manas Kumar Behura who told me that Booking.com don't know about the availability of the room. All rooms in Hotel Swarg are already booked. He told that he could offer rooms in different hotel within 300m from Swarg at same price. But for that we have to pay minimum 50% of 3800/- i.e. 2000/- at His account. I did so. He made me confused saying that it was very hard to keeping room available in this season, specially after 105 days' Darjeeling bandh. He gave me his account number as follows---

I booked the hotel and paid 2000/- through netbanking.
After going to Hotel Swarg I found that Manas Kumar Behura (M-9861312629;7077025135, 98613 12629) is not Hotel Owner. He is a commission agent who uploaded the advertisement for Hotel Sward. I was offered a hotel 1 Km away from Shotel swarg (Hotel Sward is located one bulding back to a sea facing hotel. But tourist can see sea beach from Swarg.). Hotel was unnamed under construction. even Drinking water is not available in this hotel.Any hotel like this hotel I was offered can be booked at 500/- per night in this peak season of Durgapuja.
I protested a lot. They at last offered Swarg and another hotel in second day. Both are worst. Both are located in a narrow lane where fishermen reside. Fishy smell are coming always. It might make u vomit.
After that I came to know the Original Owner of the Hotel Swarg. I requested him to cancel my lastday booking. I told that I have already paid 2000/-. I dont wanna stay in that hell.

the location of this hotel is really awesome ..2 mins of walkway from seabeach to hotel..amazing price here you can get.. u can really enjoy with it ,,after booking it,,good service ..good cleanlinesss..

The location of the hotel is awesome, if lucky you can get a room with a verandah side facing the sea. Its 2 mins walking distance to the Golden beach, situated behind the the Hotel Swapnapuri.
The hotel can definitely be better maintained. The hotel is pretty new, hence the rooms and accessories are new, but due to lack of maintenance most of them don't work. Though the Manager is a helpful guy and he arranged a spare TV. There room service is from 6.30am to 10.30am and 5pm to 11pm. At other times its difficult to find a staff. There is no security and if you come by the early train, you may see stray dogs moving inside the hotel. The surroundings is very dirty.
At this price you may search and get better maintained hotels in this area.
I hope the management will take much care to improve the services.
