    Only good about this hotel is the location, other wise food is very expensive, n just average. Rooms r just ok, but reception staaf r very rude. On two days dey tried to make me pay for wrong bill.refusing blankly to make any adjustments for elderly parents.wifi not working, not ready to reduce gst to 12% from 18% saying his system was not upto date..hotel owner had appointed some Bollywood actor as der receptionist (coz he had d exactly same attitude).. It seemed as if he was doing us a favour by letting us stay der. Anything i told him he wud say, if u dont like it u can find another hotel.... More

    We used to big fans of Swagath Def Col and it was her favorite joint for coastal food. Based on same, we had tried the Malviya Nagar branch a few years back and had a bad experience. The fish wasn't fresh/smelled and other food was rather average as well. Last week it so happened that our favourite place was closed and we thought might as well try this for a change. Surprisingly not much had changed. We ordered Cream of Mushroom soup which was decent but nothing great. Contrary to common sense prevailing we ordered fish gassi and were surprisingly unpleasantly disappointed. While the gravy was decent the fish had an unpleasant and unappetizing smell and after taste. We were hoping that the Appam and Neer Dosa would be saving graces but were not obliged, as both were dry and not the usual moist, juicy type that they should be.But there were 3 rounds of Appam and Neer Dosa so we were hoping it was just a bad batch but wasn't so. It was a late dinner and we were quite exhausted so didn't even complain about it or attempt to return it.... More

    Went for a dinner last month with my friend. The place is just like any other and nothing great about their Chinese or Mughlai. Its just an average Indian food. Not going back for sure. If you are looking for a place for a group gathering then it may suite your need.... More

    I was invited to a birthday party at this restaurant in Malviya Nagar in South Delhi. The service was poor, the food was okay and everything told me that the management of this restaurant don't give a damn for repeat biz. Later, I asked my host, my cousin who told me that for a party of 35 persons, they charged a good sum but when it came to service, you keep asking n the waiter was told to just ignore the calls. I'd totally avoid this restaurant because there are so many other joints of quality in the area.... More

    The hotel is bang opposite the main market at Malviya Nagar Small and Cozy limited staff Rooms are ok for a business trips but can be better if the management gives attention Smelt smoking guests in the neighbouring rooms The linen is good the room are quiet large for the city like delhi A bit old set up hence some maintenance needed As you step out you are on the main road Taxi auto shopping by and walks are a pleasure at this spot The hotel is not so known to people especially autos and taxis The food at the restaurant is good The special tariff what I was charged was good Would definitely suggest this hotel to any one looking for an accommodation around Malviya Nagar for sure ... Hotel Swagath is centrally located in the heart of South Delhi at Malviya Nagar. It houses 19 air-conditioned rooms, and also has Swagat, a spacious conference room that has a capacity to accommodate 30 guests. An in-house multi-cuisine restaurant is also available, which serves delectable dishes. The hotel's proximity to the commercial centers of Nehru Place, Okhla, and other tourist attractions such as Lotus Temple and Qutab Minar has made it a favourable stopover.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
