    Hotel Swagatham RTDC is located at railway station. Family room AC (4 people) charges rs2000 in summer and double bed AC (2 people) charges rs 1500 excluding 9% tax. Included complimentary breakfast with options as bread omelette, veg cutlet bread or poori bhaji and tea. Really good rooms, big cupboard, big blanket, clean and tidy. Free WiFi. Breakfast awesome. Small garden in front of hotel. Staff Cook,chef, office boy, helpers, receptionist all are good and helpful. AC rooms are good. Location is safe, free from monkey and accessible to all places. 16 km from airport and 6 km from hawa mahal. Staff will assist you book RTDC day tour to see Jaipur rs 350 (per person)worth spending. The tour guide is nice, fluent in English and hindi and all tourist spots are must visiting. ... More

    Stayed here for a night. Lousy food, horrible location, Geyser not working in toilet, Water problems, Pathetic Staff. Please do not ever book this hotel. The other nearby RTDC hotel "Gangaur" is really good.... More

    Location in the Centre hub of Jaipur, with Railway station close by. Hotel is okay with basic amenities but no or less maintenance with no remote working for tv and set top boxes. No much sockets for charging mobile or using other appliances. No mineral water provided just a water pot bottle with tap of normal water and no electric kettle for hot water and to make ready tea or coffee, no newspaper provided . Cleanliness is not upto mark. Doors and windows and furniture of worst make and in bad conditions . Fan not cleaned and regulators not working. Improper lighting. Bathrooms never cleaned supposedly cleaned by hotel guest when they use. Sanitary ware worse and fitting broken no proper taps worse experience. No telephone wifi internet facility. Lastly after PM Modi Digitizations the staff refused to use the swipe machine hotel bills paid in hard cash with balance not returned by them. The Swipe machine seems to be intentionally not been made use of with more reasons know to the staff. Food is okay with broken cutlery and jugs and dining sets less cleanliness and limited option for eating. I.e omelette with toast or cutlet with toast or puri aloo with tea only. Staff is limited so have to wait long for their services or have to run into the reception or restaurant to put your request. Not a great hotel to stay. AVOID. But may be considered ok for less budget people who don't understand Hotel Industry's and services.... More

    R T D C never care what guest are getting as return of money. rooms are dirty than even zupadpatti . staff members are not trained in a manner . taken a oath not to wast time and money on any of R T D C own hotels .... More

    we regret that we booked the hotel only because that it was of RTDC. The rooms are shabby, poorly-lit, dirty....even the sheets given were torn and the blankets were dirty. Food standard is below average and special mention about the horrible tea. Overrated hotel. One can get much better option with private hotels. Its a sham of RTDC. Even the address for this hotel is given wrong on google maps and no one bothers to change it. Not at all suited for families. Only good thing about is the location of the hotel, it is opposite to the railway station.... More

The Hotel Swagatam is Situated at a walking distance from railway station. The hotel has a choice of A.c /non A.c double and family rooms. There are all modern facilities for your comfort. The hotel restaurant serves a choice of Indian, continental and rajasthani cuisines. There is a provision of a.c. conference room ideal for meetings or parties. The hotel bar serves variety of alcoholic drinks, beer and wine at a comfort price. Safety, comfort, hygiene and security are basic priorities to comfort the travelers visiting us; hence making their stay with us a cherish-able one. During the stay guests can visit Hawa Mahal is approx 7 km and Jal Mahal is 5 km away from the hotel distance.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
