    Rooms are not clean, well maintained & ventilated. People having trouble from suffocation should avoid this one. Bathrooms & toilets are not good & hygenic. You will be turned if you look for the basic amenities like toiletries, hot water facility. Room service & service staff behaviour is very poor. Overall, it's not even that value for money itself. Room conditions are below average as there might be problems in electrical short circuit, TV not being working, but the reception guys are quite helpful & friendly... More

    Go, if price is the only constraint.

    Cleartrip had always given me the best options for selecting good hotels in moderate prices; thus not hurting my pocket. But, this time I was trapped. Since, I had a requirement of only one night stay so I opted for a hotel which is best as per price with standard facilities and as shown by hotel advertisements in Cleartrip website. But this hotel does not lived up to my expectation even 1%. 1. Poor location. Difficult to search. 2. Rooms are not having any of the facility as they are shown in hotel advertisement. In fact, in month of May in Delhi, they told that the room water cooler is not working and you have to manage with the only available option ceiling fan. 3. You have to ask explicitly for normal sanitary articles like hand wash soap, towels etc. And even after that I got only towel next day in the morning. Towel was in dirty condition so not used as per hygienic perspective. In all, if you have a urgency, having budget constraint, no other options available and you have to stay for one night only then you can opt for this hotel else at least personally I would not recommend this hotel very much.     i thought it was a good option for just to spend a night there. but when i entered in a room the condition of the room was terrible. i asked for another room but same condition was there. they have written hot and cold water service but when i go to the bathroom only cold water was there. and the bathroom was also very dirty. no dustbin, no sleeper dust on floors....ahhh .. only a blanket was there and can't sleep well because of the noise of vehicles coming whole night. might be looking for some another option next time..........     Value for money - don't expect comfort

    It wasn't comfortable or clean but kind of value for money. First and foremost remember that Cleatrip's pointed location is wrong and it's like 100-200m away from that location. Hotel staff was kind of OK while rooms were miserable. Kind of uncomfortable as well as damaged. Power sockets had loose buttons and most of outlets were without power. I would suggest anyone to stay there if you are just looking for a space to sleep for few hours. Beyond that you won't really like it. ... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
