    Ground Floor Standard Rooms Floor rooms are very bad. Hotel is in Beach near ligthouse area.

    We have booked 2 rooms on 28th May on online site. We have reached Puri 28th May around 4PM .although property is very good a bit old one but managed very poorly. Despite 1 month advance booking, were offered room in the ground floor beside the restaurant and close to reception , which was smelling. No other room was available. After spending 1 hour waiting, we have to check in those rooms as we have paid full amount in advance. Ground Floor Rooms are super dirty ,stinky and super old, no sea view from the rooms. Please don't book there ground floor rooms. They very much over priced. Only Restaurant food is good. There are many better hotels available at this or better prices nearby. Nothing Suv about the hotel.... More

    food was not good at all..and the worst part is thebasic water. it's so much salty.. that even mouthwashing will be difficult. hope they imporve on this.i have not stayed here. but my parenrs have. they have a good experience here. at that time the food was similarly horrible. thanks to the chef in the hotel...     The hotel is located just across the beach. If you get sea facing room, you need not go to the beach and enjoy from the room. There is no elevator in the hotel, though rooms are spread across 3 floors. Room service is below average. Cleaning of the room is not satisfactory. Room size is small and lacks maintenance. Restaurant is not good. Even their water purifier does not work properly and you must buy mineral water for drinking.... More

    Nice location just on beach. Front rooms balcony open infront of beach. rooms are well. In night no need to go beach. Balcony is sufficient for sea view. Service is good. Resturent is average. Worth of money.... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
