    We booked the hotel surya plaza for 21st Feb 2019 for marriage of my daughter later did we know that we have made the most wrong decision for stay arrangement for marriage function we DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to utilise the hotel for any purpose or function In this competitive environment the hotel fare to made every stay arrangement most uncomfortable,unpleasant backed with cheating with the customer and the government by worst staff The rooms that were allocated by us were absolutely filthy, unhygienic and the toilets were not cleaned and synchronised in all the four room we booked They did not supplied neither in jugs nor package water Beside the staff were not at all cooperative During booking that was made few days back coffee tea making machine were to be kept in all rooms but were not provided by the hotel during the stay. We experience the same as mentioned in other reviews about this hotel Infact they charged for every tea and water that waste be delivered although no bill and receipt were given even though we asked for it. I sincerely request trip advisor to stop promoting this hotel as people book this hotel under your credibility.... More

    Worst Experience and nightmare

    We booked this hotel as it was nearby the wedding location, However the overall experience was nightmare 1.Rude and Irresponsible Staff 2.Things which were committed initially was not met. 3.Dirty rooms and toilets full of hair which is totally unhygienic. 4.The hotel manager Mukesh was one of the most irresponsible and rude person I have ever witness, He crossed all the limits and was accusing us for the services which were not met. 5.This hotel is least bother about their customer and they do not give a damm if you are having a pleasant or going to hell. 6.I feel the license of this hotel should be cancelled as they are least bothered to provide the services and they have forgotten that customer is the king and we can as customer can put you off the market. 7.No discount was given for the services which was not met, I will not recommend this to anyone. Please put extra money and stay somewhere else.It will be good for your good physical and mental health. i rate this hotel as 0 start... More

    An embarrassment to India

    For a start my friends where staying here hence why I tried to get about took for the night or else I wouldn’t think of a place like this. There were people sleeping on the floor at the entrance, the guy at the reception was extremely rude as if he didn’t want to be there, he asked My passport which I provided a copy off, he asked my visa which he doesn’t need to see but I provided that.. he asked for when the entrance to India was etc.. as if he was working at the airport. He asked for my friends ID which she provided but for some reason he still wasn’t happy. He said “sorry we can not give you a room and have no explanation at all, I didn’t bother arguing but I told him I’ll make sure I’ll report this.. hence the review.... More

    Very Ordinary Hotel

    Was in New Delhi to attend a business meeting. Booked this hotel as needed to stay there for only 2 days. But found this hotel to be very ordinary. Did not have cleanliness upto the mark. Also at the time of check out they refused to give me invoice for my stay and asked me that I needed to pay GST if i need invoice.(I have already paid GST via site from which booking has been done). Not a good feeling overall.... More

    Terrible dinghy place

    My family and I were booked into this hotel as it was close by to a venue of a wedding that we were attending in New Delhi. The facade of the hotel and the entrance itself is tiny and next to some shops and rather dirty and dinghy looking. The rooms were old and unkempt, the colouring and lighting of rooms was horrible and barely had any light, there were no windows and it was overall quite yucky. The toilet didn't even have a seat! It was broken and they hadn't bothered to fix it, but just left it by the side of the toilet. What's more, the hotel ran out of water as well. The good reviews given are really misleading and it is definitely not a nice place, but rather quite a dodgy cheap dinghy hotel.... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
