    We stay in Surya Beach Inn Hotel which was so so poor quality hotel and dirtyhotel .it was not like to stay . It should not be a 3 star hotel because it looks like so so poor hotel as dirty DHARAM SAALA . so we sugest to every one not choose for stay in this hotel. Regards prativa... More

    The property is close to the beach, barely 5 minutes walk, yet away from the rush. You can park your car in the premises.The rooms are cosy and comfortable, Looked after by professional staff. A restaurant on top floor offers good view but limited menu.The catering services are geared for large group, not for casual guest.     Staff and manager are really nice..we came at 22 pm booked over booking.com...rooms are big and spacious but smell of old like mushroom is very intense...if somone is allergic and sensitive better avoid....in kettle was 1 liter of water fool of mushrooms because staying there and not cleaned for who knows how long (i removed it from room) beds are big but sheets was not cleaned so i asked to be changed wich was made and we got clean one...beds are not soft...but ok...toilette was ok for indian conditions with hot water and soap provided...of course internet didnt work...all together according emploayes of the hotel they are very nice..and location of hotel is great staff took our luggage on third floor...but hotel is old i guess somehow how much they tried cleanliness in very bad....too expensive for our taste for such standard ....we went tomorrow morning in another great hotel....food we didnt try (telephone in the room was not working so we could not call reception) ar the end we payed much more because they have some extra taxes so price was 1/4 bigger then it was said on booking.com...anyway...would not come back there......     I was a good stay... room are nice but needs a little renovation...They have good bathrooms and room . They r neat and clean. Bath towels are changed daily. And room service is also too good. They clean the room daily and change the bed sheet. But the wodden flooring needs a little renovation. Overall its too good.thry also allow unmarried couples. ... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
