    At the outset, i just wish to confirm that there was no additional request like early check in or late check out done by me neither any one visited me in the hotel, the reason i put it here because this hotel in particular had responded in negative manner to some of the candid reviews. Firstly, the property & infrastructure is really good with spacious rooms & nice ambiance but unfortunately all positive things ends at this point because the property is managed by bunch of untrained & unprofessional team, Check in takes longer than usual time, though its having a centralized AC the room cooling was not proper & i immediately complained about the same & the AC mechanic visited after 2 hrs & many reminders. As per the mechanic their was an issue with settings, which was rectified & assured me a proper cooling but unfortunately that didn't happened & finally another mechanic visited after an hour, who finally fixed the problem. The Wi Fi signals were almost negligible & hence after repeated complaints, they put a router in the room. The worst part, in morning around, 7.30am, when i was taking the bath, there was no hot water & after waiting for more than 15 mins, when i finally complained, a mechanic visited the room & told me that i have to manage with this luck-warm water as water gets cold, while coming from 7th floor down to 1st floor, this is the most bizarre explanation, i ever heard in any of the hotel. when i repeatedly requested to speak to General Manager of the property, i was told that we could not reach him as his mobile is switched off.     This hotel has serious A/c problem. A/c are not working and rooms dont get chill even after a/c is on overnight. Reported to the hotel they sent their executive but they are unable to solve the problem. Rest hotel is good. Nice location and clean property and rooms are good enough.... More

    I stayed here for a night with friends. Hotel's location is good and can easily be located. Rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. It doesnt have a minibar and a wardrobe to ease out inconvenience of travellers. They have to hang the cloths on hangers fixed above luggage rack. Iron should provided by housekeeping on request. I wonder how short stay guests manage in emergency. A torn duvet cover is always unaesthetic when you expect your stay to be pleasant. Bath linen was new and feather soft though. I pointed out few snags in the room and bathroom to the housekeeping staff and even at reception upon check-out. Hope they would have rectified it. Somnath from F&B and Houseeping/Eng. staff were prompt and did the requests in nick of time. I appreciate their quick presence. Restaurant is under construction but property can be maintained well.     The Positives 1. Excellent hotel. 2. Neat and Clean. 3. Good Food. 4. Reasonable 5. Courteous Staff 6. Big Rooms The Negatives 1. Patrolling on Slope. If a car is parked behind, difficult to negotiate. 2. No facility in washroom for old people viz. Bucket, Stool. 3. Billing without details.     Cons are more than pros! Cons- 1."They Do not allow visitors to your room" (and they tell you after booking is done, not mentioned on their website as well) 2. Poor room service, 3. Reception does not pick your call often. 4. If you have ordered something, cross check, it is ordered or not. 5. WiFi keeps on disconnecting. 6. TV have only limited channels. 7. Morning breakfast is So-So. 8. A poor welcome! very poor Pros- 1. Clean room and comfortable bed. 2. Maintenance is good. 3. Ample space in rooms. 4. Mall and all the happening palace is nearby including airport Conclusion: no visitors, is the biggest negative point if you just want to enjoy the room then choose!   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
