    Dark with low ceilings

    It is quite dark inside the rooms in this hotel and the ceilings are very low. I think I wouldn't have been happy staying here more than as stop off on the way through. That said, I was out enjoying Mumbai so I wasn't in the room a huge amount. There weren't any issues with the wifi. It is somewhere to sleep, not somewhere to have a holiday.... More

    I stayed in this hotel for four nights from 17/08/2017 to 20/08/2017. At the time of check-in it was quick and looked clean. But was a nightmare on my stay here. My room on the third floor smell so bad, that i had to sleep with a towel wrapped on my nose. AC leaking, forming a puddle of water, which might even result in electric current in the wall. Broken bed / mattress. Dirty and broken toilets seats. Tea-Coffee maker doesn't work, and if you ask for drinking water, they will ask you whether you want tap water or bottled water. They will charge you excess on the bottled water (wrong bills, for which i have not ordered). Staff of hotel is uncooperative and ill mannered. The food served in the hotel is unhygienic and foul. The washbasin placed next to where the buffet was served, was choked and full of dirty water. Only good thing about this hotel was its prime location (right opposite to Taj Vivanta in Cuffe Parade), and fast internet. However, it is even worst than staying in a lodge.... More

    On arrival all looked decent and clean, even the smell of detergent in the reception gave me hope for a clean stay, alas. Our first room had a stuffy mold smell and the mattresses were barely worth calling a mattress as they were so thin. We requested another room as this room had weird stains on the wall and was just disgusting overall. Second room weren't much better, apart from the power failing twice in the hour that we spent there we found stains that were either blood or bryani on the sheets - just disgusting. We checked out and requested a refund where we were just laughed at and offered a shameful 20% of our monies back!! Disgusting, horrible experience!!!... More

    Terrible hotel! The hotel looks not to bad from the outside but the rooms are the worst I experienced in India. The walls were stained with something I could not identify, the linnen on the bed had stains, not sure if it were blood or maybe rust. My daughter had bite marks on her legs and we only stayed for 1 hour. In the one hour we spent in the room (second room as first one was even worst) the electricity went out twice. The hotel staff refused to refund as for the two nights we were supposed to spend there, the manager / financial manager had a spite full smile on his face just telling us it is our problem, not even apologized for the state of the rooms. This was our last hotel on our trip and ruined our India experience. We booked out after one hour and found a room at the President Taj hotel.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
