    Located roughly in the middle of Colaba, a short taxi ride or a 40 minute stroll (hard to say which is quicker, because of the traffic!) to the Gateway of India monument and Elephanta ferry dock. Like most hotels in India, a great deal is made about the lobby, while everything else in the hotel clamours for capital budget. This place is no different. My room, while pleasantly air conditioned, was very small, not very clean, and sadly lacking in amenities. The musty, dirty and stained drapes covered a window looking over a couple A/C compressors and a pigeon roost. Complete with years of their guano. The window was an opener, but I was not a taker.... The tiny (and slightly grubby) bathroom, has a tiny water heater, which did not deliver hot water until about 20 minutes before I checked out, which is when I discovered the “secret” switch to turn it on. (Blue breaker switch). Luckily the cold water was luke bearable..no fridge, and only one useful spot to plug in devices. Bed was OK, but tiny pillow. There is a restaurant, which I decided not to risk, and an ATM next door, that occasionally might deliver cash to foreign cards. MEH...I only stayed one night!... More

    The good points were staff, restaurant food and location. The restaurant itself needed an upgrade. Windows missing from bathroom meant all we could smell was pidgeon poo, had to make sure we kept the bathroom door closed so we didn’t gag. Beds were short, towels were like sandpaper, toilet seat didn’t fit toilet, sheets were marked and bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. I would’nt recommend this hotel. ... More

    It is the worst hotel in town !! The rooms are not well maintained !! The service is also not good !! The rooms are not cleanly maintained !! It was a bad experience at hotel supreme !! According to my suggestion one should not visit the same !! ... More

    Dark with low ceilings

    It is quite dark inside the rooms in this hotel and the ceilings are very low. I think I wouldn't have been happy staying here more than as stop off on the way through. That said, I was out enjoying Mumbai so I wasn't in the room a huge amount. There weren't any issues with the wifi. It is somewhere to sleep, not somewhere to have a holiday.... More

    I stayed in this hotel for four nights from 17/08/2017 to 20/08/2017. At the time of check-in it was quick and looked clean. But was a nightmare on my stay here. My room on the third floor smell so bad, that i had to sleep with a towel wrapped on my nose. AC leaking, forming a puddle of water, which might even result in electric current in the wall. Broken bed / mattress. Dirty and broken toilets seats. Tea-Coffee maker doesn't work, and if you ask for drinking water, they will ask you whether you want tap water or bottled water. They will charge you excess on the bottled water (wrong bills, for which i have not ordered). Staff of hotel is uncooperative and ill mannered. The food served in the hotel is unhygienic and foul. The washbasin placed next to where the buffet was served, was choked and full of dirty water. Only good thing about this hotel was its prime location (right opposite to Taj Vivanta in Cuffe Parade), and fast internet. However, it is even worst than staying in a lodge.... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
