    Booked this hotel,Mostly due to the web site photos. We arrived in the early hours of the morning,To the WRONG hotel. Told the hotel we had booked was a sister hotel and that it was full. We had booked 3 delux rooms,King size beds. We where shown up to 1 room that was 20foot square,2nd room 16 foot square,3rd room 14 foot square.each had 3 small double beds.The rooms where clean but very old and dated.After some heated discussions the smallest room was changed to a bigger room. We where told by the staff (i had photos of the rooms we where meant to have on my computer) that they had never seen any room in the chain that looked like them.The staff where excellent very friendly and could not do enough to help.Breakfast was basic but very good. It is a shame they (managment/web site tells lies) as the staff are very good.... More

    Move to another hotel without notification due to over booking!

    We booked 3 deluxe rooms in this hotel, 5 months before visiting Delhi. We also arranged transfers from the airport with the hotel, and had been communicating with them before we arrived. The transfer was at the airport ok, but took us to a different hotel! We didn’t actually realise this as it was 4 am and we had just arrived in Delhi after a 10 hour flight. It was when we were shown our rooms we realised we had the wrong hotel. We went back to reception to be told the Sunstar Residency was fully booked so they moved us to this sister hotel. We were told there was nothing we could do! As we were all shattered, said we would fix it the out the following day. The rooms we had although clean, were tiny, old, and 2 were on the main road, which were very noisy. Only one of the rooms were probably an upgraded room, only because it was larger. The following day the manager said there were no rooms in the Sunstar, but offered us another sister hotel for double the amount we had paid for our so called deluxe rooms in the original hotel! After a lot of discussion, the manager moved 2 of us to slightly larger rooms away from the road. As we were only there another 2 nights we stayed there. although we had sent and received a few emails, at no point did they say there was a problem with our booking! So be aware! The Sunstar is a change of hotels in the same area and will move you without notifications to a “sister” hotel if they need the room you booked. ... More

    I am a very prominent customer of sunstar family and like always had a great time with hotel sunstar residency staff is good as well as managers are helping and very polite nature highly recommended at a very good location and food is awesome in this hotel....had a nice stay there....... More

    This hotel was ideal for what we were wanting, good value for money and in a good location, although it’s difficult to say where is a good location as New Delhi is huge. But this was in a quiet street, very close to a busy market and a variety of restaurants. The hotel offer a great taxi pick up from the airport. 3 times cheaper than the pre-paid taxi you get at the airport!! The rooms are clean and services okay, but for the time we were in the room it was ideal for us. The entire staff made us feel welcome and this goes a long way. ... More

    My experience was good with this hotel i stayed here with my wife for 3 days.It's have safe and friendly environment all the staffs are coperative.Rooms are spacious,Food was Nice the taste is too good and hygenic.I have to go for sightseeing and after that depart for Agra so...,the manager of this hotel Mr.Ajay,guide me the best and arrange everything.overall Experience was good i recommend u that if u r searching for the best in budget then opt.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
