    I booked this hotel online but after visiting here in entrance i saw full of dirt which shows that they are unable to maintain the hotel properly. Rooms were also non properly maintained and surely i was disappointed that day next day i booked another hotel.... More

    Other than location, It doesn't have anything good to cheer about. Be it cleaning, room service, bed quality, amenities (this word doesn't exist in this hotel) everything is much below standard. If in unfortunate situation you are landing here, Just use hotel for sleeping, food is almost eatable so advice you to try other nearby restaurants (which is easily accessible.... More

    Nothing positive for this hotel except low tariff. Though the hotel is centrally located in Kolkata,i struggled to find it. The entrance is through Chandni market. The rooms are shabby,ill maintained.... More

    This was the worst stay so far in my life . The hotel desired to be -5 ( minus 5) rating on the scale. The pics as provided as not as all the actuals . The hotel is very untidy , pillows covers are very dirty , rooms are not clear , bedsheets are also same. They do not have separate building ,just a floor ( 3rd floor) occupied in the busy market area where none of the Cars agrees to go . There is no lift facility , no provision for mineral water and food . Still the rates are so higher ( 1100 Rs for 1 day ) , I reached Airport at 10:50 AM and was only able to reach hotel by 3 PM .. ( almost 4 hours of traveling by taxi in search of this horrible hotel . I will never recommend any one to stay in this hotel ... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
