    As said, Don't expect a lot, ad you shall not be dissatisfied. There are bookings which are presently been done through OYO. The prices / deals can be better through these services. The hotel staff is what you should expect for the price you are paying. But yes, they are helpful! You might encounter a couple of business meetings being organised, a few foreigners staying here. Don't worry! No one shall be interrupting your personal space. That's a nice thing. Like most of the hotels for the same price range, some repairing will be always going on. All in all, when you are going for this price range, you know what you are going for & for that range it's moderate to be here.... More

    Most Economical for Business meeting

    We did a business meeting at Sunrise Villa for 25 People in February, the overall arrangement was good with great Food. The rooms are not so good but for a low budget meetings and stay the hotel is very good. The hotel even helped us to arrange conference requirements like Audio, Projection and other amenities. We did a 2 day conference where in the Tea, Buffet and Snacks were timely served, the staff is well behaved and very helpful.... More

    Pathetic Hotel

    I had booked my room one month back in this hotel, on the day of arrival I called them to tell that I will reach by 1100 PM at the night. On reaching the hotel they tried to give me the staff changing room as my room, saying that only this room is left. How I came to know that its the staff room because two month back as during my stay at the same hotel they disclosed that. I booked this hotel through ZO room. I called the ZO room they some how able to give me second hotel at the rate which was much more then what was available through internet by ZO room. In the middle of the night I have no option then to accept that offer. Lesson is that one must book through reputed websites and also to see the hotel rating and the number of people review before deciding for the hotel. A lesson learnt hard way.... More

    Please don't prefer to stay in Sunrise Villa with your family and friends as it is too shady. The services are not good at all. The behavior of the manager of the hotel was very rude. Rooms are in bad conditions.... More

    The hotel is quite old and hence not really good to stay in. Paint peels off from walls and have seen cockroaches in the rooms once in a while. The staff is good buy since the hotel is quite old, even they cannot do anything. The hotel adjacent to this one, Hotel Le Grand is interconnected and owned by the same management. That one is new and reallly good and hence can be chosen over this one... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
