Generally i am not the person who writes review.
i had done booking on cleartrip and i booked "sunflower hotel". i contacted mr Samrit Paul the owner as i wanted to know about the facilities and weather conditions. He was very polite and answered all my queries with patience. One day before whilst i was supposed to leave for manali there was news about bad weather conditions and roads being blocked.i contacted mr Samrit Paul he was very understanding and offered to change dates without any costs and also offered me full refund even though within 24 hours the booking is non refundable.I will recommend everyone to go ahead and book this hotel.
Cheap but not the best

The only thing great in this hotel, is its location. Close to downtown Manali, its located at a narrow alley near Tibetan Monastery. Bengali travellers might prefer this hotel as the owner himself is a Bengali, and Bengali travellers with Budget constraint throng here.
Hotel Sunflower, good budget hotel at Manali

Location is good - just opposite to Buddhist Monastery, 2 min walk from Mall road. Food is good but price is too high. Booked this hotel through Allahabad Bank Holiday home from Kolkata. Service needs to be improved.
Great Hospitality at a very affordable price

We went on a family trip to Manali on 3rd May 2016.We reached very early at 6am in Manali and although all hotels in Manali have Check-in timings from 12pm they arranged rooms for taking rest and to freshen up as we very tired after a long road journey to Manali. We had booked rooms with MAP plan(breakfast, tea, dinner inclusive)and we were assured our choice of rooms as per the plan. The Hotel is situated very close to the Mall Road and two attractions ,The Tibetan Monastery and Van Vihar are at a walking distance from the hotel. When we reached the Hotel they suggested the new cottage rooms and we were really pleased to get those rooms. It is a big cottage with 3 large beds, bathroom, with TV, sofa and other facilities. The rooms were very neat and tidy.It has a really spectacular view from the terrace. Also, they would cook the food as per our choice and the food was hot and delicious.Mr.Samrit Paul and Mr.Shankar and their team are really very dedicated and always willing to help whenever needed.I am sharing the contact details:email@example.com Mr.Samrit-9816305807 Mr.Shankar-8679952490.Feel free to reach out to them as they are always happy to respond. Please check out some of the snaps of the hotel and Manali as this would definitely call for a trip to Manali !!!:)
