    Hotel sun international is Worst hotel ro stay, unclean and loots money in the name of GST, even after full payment paid

    The word Hotel I have seen in New Delhi and Harassment too I got. I request all not book this hotel.Totally worst and waste of money, not even eligible for 1 star. The latrine rooms are totally irritated one, not clean and there is big hole for flowing wasted water without Cover at hole. The hotel staff and receptionist even behave rudely, and use third class language..I have booked this hotel for Early check in of 6am with some charges via Red-Hotel(tie up with GOIBIBO), but they have given check in at 7am, even there is more than 7 Room is vacated/checked out infront of us at 5:15 am onwards.. When I have requested for my room at 6:30am, as I have my 3 years kid, they used word to stay at Uncleaned room, if you want early.. Even after full payment through GOIBIBO with all tax, the hotel reception staff try their best to loot Money and demands extra money in the name of GST and fool us. Even they tried with me, but I have argued too with staff and finally not paid.. This was happened with many Clients.... More

    Good place to stay

    I landed in the IGI terminal 1 and was looking for taxi(since the hotel guy's rate seemed too much Rs 700- 1000) so I went with prepaid taxi and it cost me only Rs 350 to this place. I already had my booking so check-in was easy. The hotel is about 500mts away from New Delhi Railway Station.The entrance is a bit tricky to find and you won't feel you are going to a good place. But once you are inside the hotel it is good. The reception will give you a good feel. I have stayed in AC deluxe room which is pretty good for a 3 star hotel(Roomy, airy and calm). The staff were cordial and they even had a kitchen. I was hesitant to order food from there but it turns out they have good food in there(obviously over priced) but it was convenient for me to stay and order food from there. I stayed there for 2 days and it was really good. The first room given to me had an issue with AC so they shifted me to another room and it all happened in 10 minutes. That was really fast and it was good service.... More

    What an experience we had at this hotel. I have travelled all over the world and have reasonable expectations when staying in various places, but this place didn't meet them at all. We had booked and paid for three nights for four of us in two rooms but due to changing travel plans we were only staying on one night. When we checked in we were told that we hadn't paid enough for four despite the fact we had paid for two nights we hadn't used (and hadn't asked for a refund for) and were asked to pay additional costs to share a room. We refused and showed the email with the confirmation that we had booked. The manager was not happy about this at all and kept our passports overnight, which made us uncomfortable. We were shown to our room, which was basic, but okay. We went out for dinner and returned around midnight. The AC wasn't working, so we called someone to the room to look at it. When he tried to fix it there was a massive electrical flash and smoke began pouring out of it! Of course we ran from the room and demanded another one. The next one was awful! There were cockroaches on the bathroom floor, the toilet and sink were filthy and the sheets on both beds were covered in brown stains. We asked for the sheets to be changed, which they did, revealing disgusting mattresses underneath and old stained pillows. The quilts were taken away because they were so dirty and they had none to give us, so we were given sheets to cover us! We couldn't turn off the AC, so we were freezing all night and had to put towels over us in an attempt to keep warm! The phone rang outside the room all night and someone phoned our room phone a few times speaking in Hindi, so we couldn't understand. Given that we were in Delhi, I didn't expect luxury, but I didn't expect such dangerous electrics and lack of bedding. I'm surprised that there are so many positive reviews on Trip Advisor for this place. I always use Trip Advisor as my main guide when choosing hotel rooms and this is the first time it hasn't truly reflected the standard of a hotel.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
