    Myself and my girlfriend stayed here, luckily just for 1 night. The room we were taken to was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting and we didn't feel like being in there at all. We were out most of the day and ate out. So we only had to spend a short period of time in the room, just to sleep. Breakfast was included, but as we went up to the top floor to find the restaurant, there was no lights on in the dingy room, no one there to great us, we tried the light switch but it didn't turn the lights on so we used a light on our phone to look at what food was on offer, let's just say we went without.     Worst nightmare to start our holiday ! We got there early morning. Our room was booked for a day before our arrival there to make sure it was ready for us. We had breakfast included in this hotel. We booked it through a travel agent flight + hotel in November. A week before we go we called them to confirmed our reservation. When we got there, the staff was sleeping on the floor waited long for someone to come and see us. When we gave our reservation letter to the receptionist. He took ages before telling us they haven't got a reservation under my name. We were very angry as we made sure it was all good before we come. When we told the receptionist we called a week before we come, he went and checked again and said he can see our reservation but our room isn't ready (we had it book for a day before we arrive to made sure it was). They had to shift us to another hotel for the night. The other hotel was the same as this one disgusting and not a hotel room. When we got back to this one. Their room are so dirty, stained on bed. Dirty bathroom. Do not go there if you have a family or want to have a good holiday. You're better off getting a hotel that's better rates and you will enjoy your holiday. Make sure you ask to see the room before booking the hotel do not go by pictures on their website. They make it look good but they are not ! We had to change hotel and lose our money on this one but it was impossible for my family and I to stay in this type of room.... More

    Booked this hotel via booking.com informed them it would be a late check in still they did not kept a room for us. At 2 in the night we two girls were shifted to another shady hotel. Was really disappointed.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
