    This hotel is 5-10 minutes drive from the main airport. I was recommended by a customer to stay and meet here. the area, I guess, is typical Mumbai but once you are in things get better. all staff are friendly and helpful. the room is clean. I have seen some comments saying the rooms are small. they are BUT more than adequate. Restaurant is above average and tasty. they run a car shuttle to and from the airport for INR600 each way.     GOOD: We were upgraded to a mini suite Excellent value for money Easy airport access Helpful staff Amazing in-room technology with everything controlled via iPad! Great value and quality restaurant. Indian chef produced super dish for us and came out to meet us.     I agreed with other comment about the room being very small. We we're a group of 3 ppl so we asked for extra bed at additional charge. To be honest, room is way too small for 3 ppl with extra bed. I asked for a rate and see if we could get other room. Reception can't tell me the regular/ special rate but asked me to check with the tour company? Anyway, we can't get other room cause cause booked up. But the thing is, for extra bed, normally it shall be folding bed and mattress. But at Suba at Mummai, they put mattress on the floor..... I can't believe this 4 stars hotel. Also, we had dinner at the hotel. I ordered yogurt and lagssi. They said lagssi was yougurt and I only needed to order lagssi. C'mon, this was how I wanted and I paid for it. Lagssi was made from yogurt but these two were not the same. Anyway, I got too upset and asked for togo box to pack some food. What they said was they had no boxes except dishes. Seriously??? 4 star hotel got no to go box?After insisting that I wanted to pack my food to eat in my room and now you got a box? This is not a 4 star service at all!!!... More

    Disappointing hotel

    Being a 4 star hotel i was a bit disappointed in the actual room. Welcome at reception was warm and friendly. The food at the hotel was quiet good. However i was disappointed in the actual room and ammenities. the beds were too soft. The room felt a bit stuffy. the bathroom was small. the shower only had a glass partition half way which resulted in water going everywhere on the bathroom floor. The price paid for a night is not worth the hotel. The hotel also does not offer free hotel transfer though it was a 10 minute drive from the airport. The photos are the website is probably like 5years old or even more.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
