    Navigating here is not a problem. Car parking is outside the resort which doesn't looks safe. They have amole of car parking available inside the gate but won't allow. Called at 10 for room service but nothing available to eat, not even tea. Management comes rude. Rooms are spacious and clean though. ... More

    the experience was spoiled even before the check in when I was called atleast 5-6 times in a day for an advance payment even when I had booked online with a "Pay at the hotel" option. Further, the rooms were not great, hotel had no amenities. We had paid online for breakfast buffet and when we reached the hotel they apparently changed the T&C and made the breakfast experience so bad that we didn't feel like eating there. Hotel staff was extremely rude and arrogant, no sense of hospitality. Only good thing is the hotel is not very far from the market. However, the other resorts are in the heart of the city itself....     We have recently stayed in this hotel with friends and kids. We really loved this hotel in every terms. The room service staff is so amicable and quick that the moment you call them within two minutes they are at your service. They have recently constructed a pool which is really well maintained and kids loved it. The rooms are also very neat and clean. I would surely recommend Strand to all my known people and also would like to stay during my next visit to Lonavala.... More

    I booked three rooms at this hotel via times club membership for 31st December. The rooms we got were on the ground floor. The rooms were so made that when u open the gate of the room u will see guests having dinner or lunch at restaurant. Means the rooms were the part of the restaurant. We were surprised to see such rooms. Means no privacy at all. All the three rooms were like that. We asked them to change the room they told we don't have rooms available. And after 20 min they sold a room on above floors for 5000 or 5500. When I saw the rooms I asked what is the star rating they told its 3 star. I really suggest u all please please don't go on the pics of hotel. It's the worst hotel I have visited. All the rooms were worst all the walls were having fungus everywhere. Will also like to comment for times club kindly check the rooms of the hotel before selecting the hotel for ur group. Even the food was not well. ... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
