    Two day family trip at Delhi

    Nice hotel to stay with Family. Stayed 2 night and experience is really a good considering budget hotel. Room was clean and staff also good polite. Room service as well as food quality was good. Considering budget and facility as well as location perspective suggesting this hotel for stay during Delhi Visit. Overall experience is good. Don't book CAB from hotel as it charged double then what OLA charged to Delhi Airport.... More

    Comfortable and safe

    I booked a room at Staywell hotel for 4 nights from 27th March to 31 March 2018 after reading reviews online. My husband checked in the room early evening and I came later at 2 am when my flight landed. They asked me for a marriage proof. Fortunately I was carrying my marriage certificate with my government ids. I found it strange but furnished the docs. They put us in a deluxe room for the night. I found it quite nice. The next morning we were shifted to another room. It was pretty decent except that the locker was broken but I didn't care for it. I had to ask the room service to change the linen coz it was dirty to which they responded instantly without any complain or excuse. I really appreciated that. I told them that we did not need the sheets changed everyday as such. As it was hot I asked the room service to refill cold water for us which they did happily every single time. I forget the name of the guy who served us but I am thankful to him. We ordered breakfast in the morning and the quality of the food was good. One defect that I would like to point out is that the shower head needed to be cleaned as there was no pressure in the water at all. Taking a shower took more time than intended. The air conditioner worked very well throughout. The staff was good and I felt it to be a safe place to stay as a family.... More

    Budget hotel, Don't expect much!!

    I had booked executive double room, But on day of checkin they have given me one room saying that room is executive. Room was pretty small. After discussing with few staff(i.e. staff boy, cleaner), I found out that given room was delux double and not executive. So next day I argued them regarding this. after initial hesitation hey agreed to provide me they room for which i paid.(new room was not having any window). I had feeling of cheating. So please be aware, if you booked this hotel. Some times AC was not working. room service was pathetic. Pros: food was good. Cons: they will charge 10% of service tax if you order food at your room. But they charge same, if you are having at their restaurant. Ideally, they should charge 5% in restaurant.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
