    Horrible place to waste your time and money

    Checkin process was very bad they interrogated me like I am terrorist or something even though I gave valid ID proof. Water was slightly warm in the bathroom which was clearly not enough for delhi's harsh cold weather Bathroom was extremely dirty. Water was leaking out of toilet seat which was spreading into room, which they refused to fix. The blanket was given without cover which was smelling extremely bad. Everyday I had to call them and ask to clean the room which they should do even if I don't ask them to do. Please do no book this hotel even if you have to do it for your enemy. My worst experience so far.!!... More

    We stayed in this lodge (C'mon it's NOT a hotel!! :-P) because we had an early train to catch from New Delhi Railway station and this property is smack stone's throwaway from the station. Otherwise it is like any other property in this area, cheap, unkempt, dusty and old bed linens, creaky furniture etc. Approach to this place is through narrow unwinding lanes with really dirty streets on the way. Throughout the night, there was lot of noise all around. But one positive is the really helpful Front desk and staff. Stay only if absolutely necessary.... More

    Stayed at the hotel for a night. Room was average and can be maintained better. Hotel staff are cordial and helpful. Hotel has a narrow approach road so walking from the main road is the best option. Railway station is at a walk-able distance.... More

    Well, if u are staying in transit and don't mind a really really cheap lodge, then this is good. It is just a few mins walking distance from the station so a good place for a night stay. Other than that, nothing good about the place. Its quite dirty but has AC and bed to sleep. Nearby places to eat so be happy with the money you spend here for a night.... More

    I booked this hotel just for one reason - Location. Yes it is just 200 meters from New Delhi Railway Station and right next to Main Bazaar road of Paharganj. As i booked a train to Agra at 6:00 AM in the morning, i chose this hotel. Apart from the location, all i can say about this hotel are negatives only. I will not book this hotel ever again.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
