    Don't go by the pictures, it's kind of mushy rooms with cockroaches crawling in the night. Beds and bedsheets is not so clean either. But kind of ok, can stay 1 night not more than that. Food is mediocre and costly.... More

    OYO Rooms Bund Garden(PUN029) offers accommodation in Pune. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Rooms come with a TV. There is dry cleaning services at the property. Bund Garden is 300 m from OYO Rooms Bund Garden(PUN029), while Osho Ashram is 600 m away. Pune International Airport is 6 km from the property.     A budget business hotel in the OYO stable at the erstwhile Hotel Shrimaan on the busy Bund Garden Road in Pune has been serving the needs of business travellers who are the bread and butter of the hospitality trade. All the basic requirements are met while rooms are tidy the food has been commented upon as not being upto the mark. While the hotel never had much of a view the ongoing Metro project almost directly opposite has shut the prospect off completely. The name OYO 691 sounds like a branding tag ! ... More

    Plighted with the same blight and neglect as its sister hotel next door [The Sriman]

    I stay here a lot because I have found a room with a working (semi) air conditioner. several of my colleagues have not had the same patience. This hotel is older than its sister the Sriman and is the better choice of the two properties but it suffers the same agues and pains and it is an older building. Beds, linens etc are way beyond their prime, lights, acs, TV & WiFi are all common issues. But the staff are more professional, though still in need of training . Numerous youths in Uniforms roam the corridors and sit on the stairwells. The Food is terrible and no provision is made for Non Vegetarians which given the room rate is unacceptable. Breakfast is a farce and they cannot even serve a decent cup of tea or coffee! its the carbon copy of Sirona there. The advertised bar is non existent also. Definitely not wheelchair friendly despite what may be otherwise claimed. elevator is precarious corridors are not air-conditioned and overheat in daytime. Doorlocks are antiquated old keys - Sirona modern card access but both are garbage as they turn off both room cooling and refrigerator when you leave the room for a couple of hours - less of a problem but a working day is just nuts. If you have to stain the area this place is better value than Sister Sirona - but the quality is equally marginal. It may be the single ownership or the OYO chain - whatever, either or both, but they are clearly highly incompetent/negligent in their commitment to paying guests.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
