    In 24 hours I changed rooms twice! A disgusting dirty hotel with a lazy manager . The rooms and beds have BUGS and ants .. beds sheets have insects on them, the black bugs stick on you! The red ants crawling onto you!! Lot of wi fi issues, telephone showers leaking and no handles... absolutely misleading reviews from in house friends of the hotel perhaps. The breakfast area is like a bus stop canteen, dirty, cold stale looking food in three baine maries. A noisy hotel ! The only plus point of this hotel is Vaishali , at the reception, who is very helpful but what can she do if the hotel is falling apart. ... More

    Location is good. its almost 1.5kms from Thane station. It looks hotel has recently changed the name so very less people name knows. So you need to tell taxi driver infront of Big Bazar in Kapurbawdi. Rooms are as such are very small. For house keeping you need to tell/call at reception then they provide house keeping. Initial day I didnt inform so they didnt do any house keeping. Also rooms look some kind of renovation as I can see on wall. Anyhow, people are good and helping. Breakfast is good. I stayed for 3 nights and one day breakfast was almost lunch. That was good. I will recommend for good location. You can get easily taxi or rickshaw nearby.... More

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
