    It is relatively quiet inside the room, not so hifi room service boys but very sincere, quiet, accommodating and prompt, surprisingly, even meals are freshly prepared at no notice well past midnight, in the room if need be. This hotel is indeed great for business travellers though it has little or no business/meeting rooms. The Pros : very good food, very good house-keeping, truly 24x7 in every respect, very quiet in rooms, very good toiletries, very good location and the owner stays at the property. Ok buffet breakfast which has potential to get better, but the staff turns in a-la-carte also at times. Cons : restaurant in basement so a family stay or friends joining for a meal would be grim. This property holds gatherings of 50-100 people at the basement hall, which makes such mornings, moons or evenings a little stressing especially when we look forward to rest and recoup at hotels. Has become uncompromisingly expensive and therefore was dropped from my favourites for family stays when I come with family for work. In short, the Pros far outway the cons and if rates are lowered, it will be right choice.... More

    Clean and comfortable rooms at a great price!

    We recently stayed at the Hotel Southgate in Delhi, which is conveniently located close to Greenpark Market for eating out and shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable with a fridge and minibar (no alcohol) and a basket of crisps, cookies and chocolates (all chargeable). The bathroom was very clean and had complimentary toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser. They do serve beer in the room only however it does cost more than if you buy from the wine and beer shop. Overall they have very good service, clean and conveniently located hotel and friendly staff. I would recommend it and would stay there again.... More

    Located in green park, South Delhi, the hotel is one of the most friendly hotel I have ever checked in. I have personally stayed in the hotel at least thrice and even booked it for the marriages in my family. Mr. Pawan Thakur keeps no scope for me to find a flaw or to complain. The rooms are small yet comfortable and cozy The buffet spread is good and food is really tasty Not to forget their prompt service. I would definitely say this hotel has won my heart Highly recommended and worth every penny spent... More

    With family I stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is a nice one. Staff are helpful, polite and ready to serve you. Rooms are clean but small in size. Breakfast is very good with required options. But in the breakfast they give water in plastic glass which really creates problem while opening the seal of plastic glass. Food is good but rate is too high. Not suited for a hotel of this category.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
