    Location to Green Park Area is Excellent.

    We booked for a group visiting from Australia and and chose Hotel Southgate because of its location and also because of it's knowledge of looking after Western Guests. The Hotel Manager is extremely helpful and while a few problems he went out of his way to ensure our guests were comfortable. Location is excellent and walking distance to the lovely area of Green Park, where cafe's restaurants and shops are on your doorstep. The Hotel was extremely accommodating for all the activities we had planned for our guests and also accommodating at late arrivals and early starts. I would recommend this hotel on location, staff helpfulness and cleanliness.... More

    I stayed at the hotel southgate for 5 nights on a business trip. The staff was extremely friendly with any request (asked for a heater because my room was chilly, for example), and the rooms were comfortable. Both the included breakfast and dinner (I ordered room service a few times) were very good. The hotel is safe and the neighborhood is nice and nearby attractions such as Haus Khaz village and IIT Delhi. Had some trouble with the internet and the shower was kind of annoying, but it's a great choice if you're on a budget. ... More

    Stayed there for one night. The room size, service and quality did not totally justify the cost but the location and proximity to the Metro station allows for some relaxation. Room and bathroom was clean but bed not so comfy and quality of linen and blankets not the greatest. Breakfast spread was just ok. Pretty basic stuff but taste wise good.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
