Disgraceful service, no wifi, no pool, pure shocking

Wifi didn’t work, waited 2 hours for them to fix it but didn’t fix it. Wouldn’t refund and I didn’t even use the room. Power sockets and tv didn’t work and there was construction I the bet room. Terrible! Disgraceful place!!!
Terrible, Worst, Pathetic, Arrogant & Rude Staff.. Just AVOID Staying at this hotel

My company as booked this hotel for me and my family for 13 nights (6th July till 19th July), since there was no other hotel available near to my work place.
Me and my wife noticed and saw their staff, especially the ones sitting at the reception as very rude to almost all incoming customer and then after 3 days of our stay, they started the same with us. Even though mine was a corporate booking, they kept insisting that i pay them advance and which i did also, an amount of 20k was paid to them. Starting, another day, they again started asking us questions like: For how many days you will be here as if they didn't had booking details with them and they again started asking for advance payment. After 8 days of our stay, they refused to provide us services like Wi-fi, etc till we pay them more money and obviously were rude in communicating all this with us. I went to pay them complete room rent for all days, so that i could also get it reimbursed from my company on time, but they refused to give me an invoice for that. In no time again, they started misbehaving and became rude with us. This time of course, we also started to be rude with them back and hence we ended telling them that we will now pay the entire amount when we check out from there.
Now, the most terrible and worst thing that a hotel staff could do happened the very next morning with us. My wife and my son (1.5yr) were going back to Delhi on 17th july and they stopped us that they will only let us go if we make them the outstanding payment. They very well knew that i was staying back and had my luggage in the room, but still they created a drama at the reception and their verbal rudeness reached to physical assault. My wife immediately called up the police and with that fear, they let us go. I came back from the airport, went to the hotel and the police were waiting to hear our side of the story. I finally checked out on 17th itself, paid them their dues and went straightaway to police station and lodged an FIR.
Such hotels should actually stop running and their hotel staff should be taught a big lesson.
I have been assured by the police that they will take respective action and i hope they do.
DON'T EVEN THINK OF CHECKING IN TO THIS HOTEL, EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Solitaire - huge rooms with the biggest shower I've ever seen. Comfortable bed (but the linen was a bit scratchy). The manager (Shushma) was extremely pleasant and attended to our every need - she was wonderful and helped arrange visit to sites etc. Excellent Wifi. Would recommend.

Hotel conveniently located near Mumbai Airport, equi distant from both international and domestic airports. Good obliging staff to make you comfortable. Wide ranged menu with varieties of stuff but food is over priced. free wifi, airport transfers and a buffet breakfast add up to their service. There was a big variety thrown for breakfast (free), Freshly cut fruits, cornflakes and milk, idli chutney & sambar, poori and chole, samosa and boiled eggs with of course bread butter and jam topped with pineapple juice.

Firstly the service that this hotel provide is very very poor. Room were not maintain nicely. Above all there were NO Hot Water in the bathroom. When I call the maintenance guy, he came to the room and told us to keep the water running for 30 mins so the hot water may come. Its really a crime to waste water so much and these people in the hotel are very cool about saying to me " so what is the water is been wasted. We have so much of water. I actually felt bad and told them to change the room and they told us all floor are the same rudely.
They have charge us 4000 rupees, according to me experience and being an ex hotelier. They have over priced them self and could not provide the minimal service which is considered the least.
They really has to improve on food quality and overall to reconsider in maintaining the property and also to educate the Front office staff to be more warm and friendly. Everyone has a sour face and seems to drag themselves to work.
being rude is not the criteria in hospitality industry. Polite and friendly should be the main thing which is lacking very very badly.
I was staying for 3 days and 2 nights and I did not get newspaper or wake up call or for the matter a kettle for coffee making.
bad experience!! Will not recommend to anyone. Lots to improve and improvise. Hotel the hotel takes care of all comments seriously.
